  Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic! Can't wait to come back!

  Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed here for a couple of nights while my husband was working nearby. I usually prefer high-end, luxury hotels, but I was blown away by this Holiday Inn Express. Honestly, the rooms here are nicer and more spacious than many luxury hotels I’ve visited. The Room & Sleep Quality The suites are beautifully updated, modern, and extremely clean. The layout is very functional, featuring a nice desk/chair for work and a surprisingly spacious refrigerator. • The Mattress: I was so impressed by the sleep quality that I actually called the front desk to find out what they use. They are Beautyrest Chappelle Plush mattresses. high-quality and incredibly comfortable—I’m actually looking into getting one for my own home! Breakfast & Coffee The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and far above the standard "hotel food." • Variety: They offer omelets, sausages, scrambled eggs, muffins, and more. • The Coffee: They use freshly ground beans, which makes a huge difference in flavor. • Bonus: They have freshly squeezed orange juice available in the breakfast area , which was a delicious and thoughtful touch. Service & Amenities The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I specifically want to mention Nancy Hernandez at the front desk—she was extremely personable and helpful, making the stay feel even more welcoming. • Pool: There is a beautiful, well-maintained indoor pool on-site. • Pro-Tip: While this is largely a corporate hotel, it’s a hidden gem for leisure travelers. It’s only about 20-25 minutes from Boston, making it a perfect, affordable alternative to the expensive hotels in the city center. Important Info: • Breakfast Hours: Mon-Fri (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM) | Sat-Sun (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM) • Location: Great for visiting family or working in the Boston area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You will be very happy with the value and the quality!

  Front desk was a wonderful group of people that were very helpful and fun to engage with. I wish Holiday Inn would follow Hampton and add smart TVs that allow streaming service login. The hotel itself can be a bit confusing to get to with all the lights, especially if there's an increase in traffic.
