  We booked a room at midnight after spending 18 hours traveling and ending up stranded due to a cancelled connecting flight. The people that booked the reservation and checked us in were incredibly kind. The front desk person got us some extra waters and made sure we were well taken care of. The room was very comfortable. After a day from hell and a lot of disappointment, this hotel provided much needed service and comfort. Thank you Staybridge!

  I needed to stay there for a period of over a year and enjoyed every minute of my stay. My room was always clean, including fresh bedding. The house keeping staff were always polite and helpful if I was in need of anything. Continental breakfast everyday. Free gym and also free washers and dryers to clean laundry. Would much recommend to anyone.

  Booked room, showed up, said they were fully booked, "this always happens." Still charged me for the stay. SCAM!!! AVOID!!!

  My job booked me an extended stay at Staybridge Suites as I was working in the Boston area over the past month. I chose this hotel because they offered long term stay and pet accommodations. Unfortunately, they were not very pet friendly and the housekeeping was well below average. Upon checking in, I was told that house keeping would do light cleaning daily and deep cleaning every 7 days. I was also told that I had the option to crate my dog to ensure house keeping, although I had crated him, housekeeping did not come for over a week. I then spoke directly to a housekeeper that was cleaning other rooms in my wing and asked her if someone would come clean the space and she handed me trash bags insinuating that I would have to do it myself. After several complaints to multiple receptionists, one of which agreed that the response I received from housekeeping was inappropriate, I was told that I would have to schedule a particular day/time for someone to come clean the room and that my dog must be removed from the room when housekeeping came, which I had done during the previous week and no one came to clean, but my concern was disregarded by the receptionist. The following weekend they finally sent someone to clean my room while I left the hotel with my dog. When I came back, the housekeeper had only made the bed. Two trash cans were still filled with trash and no attempt was made to freshen up the bathroom at all. I was left without toilet paper, hand soap, or paper towels. I then again complained to the front receptionist who gave me toilet paper and hand soap while my other concerns remained unresolved. I continued to stay in the uncleaned room hoping that maybe someone would come the following weekend and actually clean. The morning of the receptionist asked me if I still needed housekeeping to which I said yes and she replied "okay, it is already scheduled I just wanted to make sure." During the scheduled time I took my dog to run errands, expecting that someone would come clean while I was away, but of course, no one had even stopped by my room. This resulted in me requesting a new room so that I could have a clean space for the final week of my stay. The receptionist were barely apologetic about the issue and despite having sent an email with my concerns, I never received a follow up during the first two weeks of my stay. As a pet owner, I personally like to maintain a clean living space and found it extremely frustrating and unsanitary that I was unable to do to so at this "pet friendly" hotel. This experience made my stay very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future and would not recommend for others.

  The front desk associate who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the stay. I requested housekeeping every night but it was never done. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to follow up. Even though they apologized and promised to send someone the next morning, housekeeping still never arrived. On checkout day it was the first time I saw housekeeping and they knocked at 11am telling me to leave the room despite my 2pm late checkout. The hallways were a mess with trash, bags of linens, and pillows left on the floor. Breakfast was also poorly stocked more than half the items were empty when I was there. I only had the breakfast for one night out of the four. Not worth my time.
