  Nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. New, clean. They had plates and silverware at the free breakfast buffet.

  Location was good and place was clean overall. Service not great and so much was out of order. One of the two elevators was out of service, many of the toilets didn’t flush, breakfast was often understocked, juice machine out of order and there no place to get water. Gym had a fridge with 2 or less mini water bottles. Hot water dispenser dispensed luke warm water, Ice machine was broken, keurig in room broken- asked for a replacement- didn’t get one.

  We had a nice stay here for the most part. Staff, especially Travis, were very kind and helpful on more than one occasion. Bed was comfy and a/c worked well. It was quiet (with one small caveat). The breakfast was not amazing. And I don’t recommend room 507 because there is a condenser above on the roof that vibrated enough to wake me up throughout the night. The only solution to cover it up was turn up the a/c which made me quite cold haha. Also, it is true what other reviews say about the doors. They slam much more loudly than most hotel room doors and if you have an active group near you it will wake you up. Fortunately, our floor area was not so active and apart from the condenser buzz nothing woke me up more than once or twice. The location is pretty amazing to be honest. We stayed here because we could go to see the John Adam sites in Quincy in just one subway stop, and we could be in downtown Boston in just 15 minutes on the red line which is just a five minute walk away. Sadly, it looks like all of the responses to the reviews are written by AI, which is a bit disconcerting, but perhaps eventually some real person is actually reading them :-)

  Our first time staying outside Boston proper. We found this hotel clean and mostly quiet. Check-in was easy. And the location in Quincy offers easy access to Quincy attractions. But the property comes with a warning: The on-site parking is $15 a day, whether you get a spot or not. Twice during our stay, we were forced to park at the grocery store down the street. And we were still charged a hotel parking fee. The walk from the grocery is littered and the sidewalk is damaged. If you are apprehensive about walking an unknown street, do not risk staying out later than 9 if the hotel is fully booked as you may find yourself down at the grocery...
