  Don’t go here the general manager is racist and gives dirty looks to high paying customers . Also there’s mice running around no big deal you’ll get 20 dollars off if the mice eat snacks way up on tv stand smh . Also needles and drugs addicts outside coming from dark pathways very nerve wrecking . Only thing good about this place is the pub shout out to Dan much love my guy !

  From Skeptic to True Believer! Our challenge was to select a venue for our family’s 94th Family Reunion. This selection decision was critical because the chosen hotel serves as a base of operations for the entire three-day Reunion Weekend. The reunion location is in Georgia most years but occasionally family members who reside in other cities host the reunion. We hosted once before in 2008. We looked at a number of area venues including the Boston Marriott Quincy. After a rigorous review process including researching reviews as recent as July 2026 and as old as 2022, we selected the Best Western Adams Inn in Quincy, MA. The Adams Inn offered the most competitive room rate for a customer that was booking a block of 15 rooms. That said, some of the reviews raised a range of concerns from condition of rooms to the quality of the food. When I sat down with General Manager, Vicky Townsend, there was no equivocation! She took responsibility and assured me that our guests would be treated to an excellent stay and a first-class event. It would be an understatement to say that Vicky, Tori Vitikos, Catering Sales Manager and the rest of the team exceeded all of our expectations. Every guest had a room with a waterfront view, the feedback on breakfast and dinner at the hotel was unanimously positive and the Front Desk staff addressed every question or concern that was raised. I want to single out the Friday Banquet. The evening began with dinner. This was my biggest concern as pleasing 75 different palates (literally from Age 5 to Age 90) is always a challenge. No concern was warranted as the chicken and cod entrees we selected were prepared with restaurant quality and had many family members going back to the buffet for seconds! The required AV equipment and a sound system that would allow us to present a slideshow and MC the evening’s event was provided. A few small technical issues were addressed right away. I should point out that Vicky and Tori were present and available for hours after the event began to address our every need! This venue and its management and catering team are highly recommended!

  Des chambres spacieuses et très propres. Un petit déjeuner varié et complet. Le restaurant Pub de l'hôtel est également agréable. Seul bémol, un manque de places dans l'espace du petit déjeuner. La station de métro est également un peu loin à pieds

  + Hotel au bord de l’eau chambre très grande petit déjeuner complet (sucré salé) il y a du café à tout heure on peut prendre un fruit pour l’extérieur le métro à 10mn à pied (ligne rouge ) très pratique pour aller n’importe où dans Boston plage à 30mn à pied Nous avons manger au The Adams Pub qui est dans l’hôtel Pub très chaleureux personnel très souriant très agréable le repas au top délicieux merci à eux à toute l’équipe — chambre ( serviettes de toilettes y compris )faite 1 fois sur 13 jours il faut vraiment revoir ça !! Personnel au petit déjeuner pas un hi rien même pas un sourire

  thank you angela！She helped us a lot. We just came out of China to play. This hotel was really in a hurry. I asked him if I could change to a room by the sea and she could see the . He actually helped me change it. Because of my poor English, I said something bad. I was very patient. I like him very much.
