  I never leave reviews, but this place was a nightmare. My 10 year old daughter, a minor, fell out of the shower due to the fact the shower floor had no traction at all. The traction was all worn off. She fell out, there was nothing to hold onto (no shower bar) and fell directly on the bathroom tile and hit her head. We took her to urgent care where we were told it was a minor concussion. Her head hurt for a week after that, including a large goose egg bump on her head. Her body was sore from the impact as well. I immediately filed an incident report (I was told they’ve “never filed one before”) and requested a refund for our stay of 4 nights. We should not have been rented that room due to the shower floor being dangerous. They refunded one night, did not offer to repay the urgent care bill, and is refusing to respond to our calls. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m truly baffled at how a minor was injured on their property and they absolutely do not care.

  This hotel is close to Plymouth proper and restaurants. It was easy to get around once we got to Plymouth. I have an issue with full garbage cans. I feel like that’s an easy fix. Well run hotel otherwise.

  The hotel was under construction, which I was not informed about prior to check-in. I paid the additional $21 fee for a full refund in case of early checkout, which is what I did. But, the unprofessional front desk staff disputed my refund after I left. If they would not have told me that I would not receive my refund, I would have stayed because I paid for that night. The front desk staff told me that I would receive a partial refund for not staying the last night. I find that behavior completely dishonest and unprofessional. We will not stay at this particular hotel ever again.

  Very neat and clean property. Perfect for the traveler who wants to focus on work. This hotel is also family friendly, with an indoor pool and outside lounging area cordoned off from casual passers by. Hotel management are polite and helpful. Definitely excellent value for the price.

  You can't seem to get customer service even with a manager anymore. My husband left very frustrated. The shampoo smelled terrible and was stick to the wall. I honestly can't understand why this room was $390 and then they wanted a $100 incidentals I honestly have nothing nice to say about our stay
