  Hotel shouldn’t be open. Renovations going on. Parking awful. Only one elevator working. Taking 20 mins to get on it when there is occupancy. Place needs an influx of cash to get up to a min standard.

  The hotel had 3 elevators and only one worked and they had a large wedding party, people were lined up to get on. No hot water in shower, tv didn’t work, on the second floor bathroom didn’t work either Told the front desk manager and she said someone coming in next week to fix the elevator “really “

  Terrible experience. For $500/ we deserve better and refunds!!! To be told the elevator part that came in was wrong yet you read the reviews and it’s been going on for 2 months not just one elevator down but 2 out of 3 with a 12 story hotel room not acceptable. Waiting 10 min to get down and the 2 times it came by it was jammed full so you decide to use the stairway - not a good idea. Very dark and scary.. The parking lot is in shambles.. if you want us to park elsewhere have the valet there 24 hours a day ready to take our cars and bring them back. Absolutely unacceptable. Bathrooms a very small.. water pressure terrible. Poor selection of tv channels as well. Checking in was ridiculous.. credit card machines not working.. staff overwhelmed. Only good thing was the hotel restaurant at night. Props to the chef!

  It was a rather inconvenient experience was under construction.One elevator out of three was working we had to walk down the street to park our cars

  This hotel should be offline as non-operational. The parking lot is in shambles, the lobby smells like cigarette smoke, there was no hot water, and there is 1 working elevator for a 12 story hotel that you need to wait 15 minutes for during peak hours…if it comes at all. Our first room did not have a working AC so they had DIY drilled a vent and a standing portable AC unit into it, which didn’t actually work to cool off the room and woke us up like a jet engine taking off multiple times a night. The hotel needs serious logistical or management intervention. The elevator issue is exacerbated by their ineptitude with the cleaning staff competing for the one working elevator all morning and afternoon. They need to strategically station the housekeeping carts on specific floors or have them work during non-peak hours.
