  No Hot water in bathroom, no one is bothered for that. Only one lift for such a big hotel , U have to walk a lot from lift to your room, Even No trolley for luggage also,

  My wife and I booked a 2 day stay here. This was our first time feeling uncomfortable staying at a Holiday Inn Express or any IHG hotels. The building was old and the room look like they painted over the rust. While i was watching tv i seen a mouse run across the room to the AC unit. We went to the front desk and told them we seen a mouse and we left the hotel. The manager reimbursed us for our last day and we got a hotel somewhere else. The people that work there were nice but the hotel was the worst experience we had.

  The card key kept needing to be re-programmed. We went & got a new one a total of four times within the five days we stayed there. As soon as we entered the hotel room the handle fell off the door. The pool wasn’t open for the WHOLE stay. We had three very disappointed kids. They were expecting to be able to swim after a hot day. On top of that the shower took thirty minutes to get somewhat tolerable, no joke. My toddler and I were standing for a good half a hour till the shower was lukewarm. At least we had a good time exploring the city, because the hotel was definitely NOT the highlight of the time. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious. Sarah (the lady who worked the front desk) was very accommodating and nice, but that was the only positives. Fix the doors please it is a major safety hazard with children!!

  The hotel has a friendly staff and the rooms are quite comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, I found the breakfast options to be a bit limited and the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a short getaway.

  Only giving a 1 star because I have to. Stayed at this location June 2nd to June 3rd. The morning of June 3rd at 6:50 am I go to leave and someone had broken into my vehicle along with at least 2 others. We (myself and the gentlemen from another car) go inside to report it and the guy at the desk was very nonchalantly says no cameras call PD as if this is a common occurrence. No compassion or I am sorry this happened. Then the maintenance guy comes out very chill just sweeping the glass as we were still standing with the officer. Acting as if it was just another day. I would highly NOT recommend you stay at this location especially if you are from out of the area.
