We got in very late and were hoping for a breakfast the next morning. Was told that night breakfast runs till 10:30. We got there at 10:15 and absolutely everything was gone, no food, juice, nothing. Very disappointed. It was also extremely loud at night

Terrible experience — absolutely not worth $600+ I stayed here for two nights and paid over $600 including tax, and what should have been a basic, comfortable hotel stay turned into a complete nightmare. The hotel uses a “smart” technology that apparently detects movement to control the A/C. The problem is that as soon as you sit down, relax, or go to bed, the A/C shuts off after a few minutes. When it was 92°F outside, my room couldn’t get below 78°F and quickly became unbearably hot. I complained the first night, and the attendant was able to resolve the issue temporarily. Unfortunately, when I returned from work the following day, I walked into a sauna. Once again, the A/C kept shutting off because there was no movement in the room, and the room would not cool down. I complained again, but this time they could not fix the problem. They moved me to another room — which had the exact same issue. At that point, I had enough. I had to pack up all my belongings and leave the hotel late in the evening to find another hotel where I could actually sleep comfortably. And this is where the experience became even more ridiculous. I contacted the manager, explained everything that had happened, and asked that the night’s charge be removed from my bill since I was literally forced to leave and pay for another hotel because they could not provide a reasonably comfortable room. The manager refused to offer any discount or adjustment. So I paid over $600 including tax for two nights and ended up having to leave because the hotel could not provide a room with functioning A/C — and management’s response was essentially, too bad. A hotel room without functioning A/C when it’s 92°F outside is not a minor inconvenience. Having the same problem in two different rooms after making multiple complaints is completely unacceptable. For over $600, I expect a lot more than a room that turns into a sauna every time I stop moving. Extremely disappointing experience. I would absolutely not stay here again, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ac unit doesnt cool below 73 degrees. So if you run hot you wont cool off here. Its 94 outside and this isn't working for us. We are on the fourth floor and there is only 1 elevator and its broken. The water pressure is also non existent in the shower. So good luck with that as well. Over all this is a poor stay.

I booked with Expedia and somehow my reservation was cancelled. Anthony was so helpful and understanding. George was so accomodating, and they helped me figure things out and made sure the messy situation was taken care of efficiently. On top of that, the room was clean and the hotel is cozy.

As an IHG Diamond Elite member who frequents IHG properties worldwide, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had—especially at nearly $1,000 for a two-night stay. A few major issues during my stay: No Elite Recognition / Late Checkout Denied: Returned at 1:00 AM from a concert and requested late checkout. Despite my elite status, it was flatly denied with zero effort to accommodate. No Luggage Storage: Upon checkout, staff refused to hold my luggage, stating they "don't offer that service." Holding bags is a standard hotel service anywhere in the world. Unmanned Front Desk: On three separate occasions, the reception desk was completely empty, leaving guests waiting with no staff in sight. Severe Privacy Concerns: I overheard another guest complaining to staff that an employee walked into his room while he was in the shower to pressure him to leave for checkout. Extremely poor management, lack of basic hospitality, and zero value for loyalty. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
