  Betty who works the breakfast made my stay deplorable. She was incrediblely rude and insulting. I understand asking to see guests key cards to ensure that they're staying at the hotel, however the manner in which she approached me was loud and aggressively it was beyond demeaning. On the 3rd and final day I made it to breakfast a little before 9 and there was cereal left. I made a dry bowl and she approaches me again with that same nasty demeanor. Not "good morning," not "I'm sorry unfortunately" just "You need to eat this right here" She points to the wall and says there's a sign. I politely give her the bowl and said never mind. I spent over 500 dollars to stay here and to be spoken to in such a way was very degrading. For me not to be able take bowl of cereal to my room felt like she was picking...or WORSE..The young lady who checked me in was great...However, I will not be back nor recommend this place to anyone...Only go to places your celebrated not tolerated.

  The negatives are the ice machine all broken, the business center is down. The atmosphere is pleasant. The local amenities are plentiful. We enjoyed our stay because we never let ourselves not have a bad time. If you are like that this is a great place. If you can't find the good in everything.... don't stay here.

  My room was extremely clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff go above and beyond. The desk attendant was very accommodating. The location is quiet. Sound proofing between the rooms is amazing. I could hear the room next doors TV in the hall (not the hotels doing but the occupants who can't hear) I could not hear the tv through the wall.

  I normally dont write reviews but I just wanted to get on here hoping someone will see this but I had the pleasure of meeting yarelis at the front desk of best western and i just wanted to say AMAZING! Service she is so sweet she made me and my fiancé feel so comfortable booking with best western she made everything easy and quick nice check in gave us the perfect room no complaints whatsoever i will definitely come back and honestly me and my wife were even speaking about her service when we were in our room so we decided to get on here and write this review together in hopes someone will notice how above and beyond she went for us

  Unfortunately the treatment towards selective ethnic groups rub me the wrong way as the cafeteria lady in glass was very unkind to all black families in the morning. Singling them out and disturbing there peace. As a business owner I'd never keep an employee who causes they level disrespect towards any of my customers. Horrible and I pray the owner takes action. No wonder the building was half filled on a Friday night. People where literally checking out early because of this.
