  The hotel looked ok, my room was big but the bathroom was the filter, had not been washed for days hair all over the place, door, floor and shower. Could be public hair. I reached out to the manager but they do not have anyone but one staff on site, no security or maintenance person as the AC unit in my room was not working as well. They promised to clean the room the next day. The next I reached again in the morning and someone came to my door while I was going put but she only made the bed, sheets not changed but stole my own towel and money from my luggage. 2 days and my bathroom was not cleaned. They actually brought the cleaning supplies the 2nd night for me clean it before use. The towel stolen was one given to me by my dying father which I begged them to return but kept hearing that the manager Stanthz or so will call me back but never did. I have called their cooperate office 4x and I was assured today again that they will call me at 9am but no one did. There's safety concerns there with only one front desk staff at night and no one else to help if any emergencies. $200 was stolen from me.

  do not give them your information. they will scam you and add additional charges for random extra days on your credit card and then make up random things to try to validate it. illegal on multiple counts of data privacy laws and sketchy all around.

  I haven’t checked in yet but I made a phone call and spoke with front desk Mr Lopes ** Very Courteous/ Professional /Informative I think his name was Michael ! This hotel chain has a valuable employee and as a business traveler it’s hard to get accurate and courteous service. Unlike other chains he never interrupted my request ..Great Job

  After roughly 12 stays here, this visit was officially our last. ​Our stay had multiple hiccups: we were given the wrong bed type despite calling ahead to verify, the breakfast was cold and missing basic items like juice, and our room keys were shut off an hour before our scheduled late checkout. ​The absolute dealbreaker, however, was the dishonesty at the front desk. After a staff member explicitly confirmed over the phone that we could use the hot tub briefly after vacating our room, he completely denied the conversation to our faces when we walked downstairs. Being mistaken about a policy is understandable, but lying to guests and arguing with them is not. Save your money and stay somewhere that values integrity and repeat guests

  My friend and I stay there for nearby event at Gillette Stadium. Perfect location, quiet atmosphere. They allowed us to check in at midnight after the concert. Comfortable beds, cute rooms, parking is good too. Only concern I had was the website and the place had different times on the free breakfast which we missed completely 🤔😅. The website said until 10am but when in reality in closed an hour earlier. It’s was okay since we went to a cute cafe instead.
