This hotel has a known bug infestation and management lives out of the hotel rooms on the first floor near the pool area. Bijal patel the managing partner does not seem to care or show any genuine concern, care or empathy if you experience an issue during your stay. This hotel is way over priced and not worth the headache. Parking is an issue as well. Plenty of other hotels nearby

We got a descent deal on 2 nights while going to the local Zoo in the area. The pool and hot tub were great. The included hot breakfast was a healthy way to start our days off. The rooms were all newly renovated and clean. But there were no places to hang our towels in the bathroom, no light options to leave on for young kids at night... meaning they were all too bright to sleep with on, and the A.C. was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it running. Overall happy with our stay but we didn't sleep well due to the A.C. noise. It seemed like there were not many, if any, employees at the front desk randomly when needed and when we requested things like pool towels it took time to get them to do things. Also, there is no bathroom in the lobby.

The woman up front with the braids (I forgot her name, I am so sorry) was an angel. She was attempting to check in 4 or 5 parties alone at my arrival at around 4pm, answer the phone, and answer another person's questions all at the same time meanwhile 2-3 of her coworkers were walking around doing nothing to help out and/or clocking out to leave, meanwhile a maintenance worker walked passed us with a 12 pack of beer at the same time. Didn't know he was maintenance till I got up to the 4th floor where my room was and he was hovering in front of the elevator door with some of his tools and such and a name tag. Not blocking the way at all, but just hanging out awkwardly in front of the elevator. Felt super funky. Ive been to a lot of hotels, however I was never asked for every person's name staying in the room first and last. Usually car info, and the person who paids info. Maybe Im out of the loop and the hotels I stay at dont do that, but it also felt strange. At one point im looking out my window and an employee had her toddler out in the rain throwing away the hotel garbage? It definitely felt wrong. Not the biggest fan of seeing that at the hotel im staying at, no offense to the mother. I bet shes a great mom, but not a common practice whatsoever. That picture thats blurry with the window screen is said moment in time. I was so shocked I had to take a picture of the moment. The other pictures is the room from the 4th floor being blasted by a parking lot light. Now there are blinds to the room, however they dont work well at all and everytime you try to use them they get stuck or won't budge. I easily couldve asked to switch rooms or I couldve complained or called the front desk but its so much easier to just sleep and get through the night to leave faster. I know nothing couldve really been done, just less sleep for me and more work for the already overworked amazing woman working the front. The parking lot is a common complaint, the hotel cant help much of that, but my god is it an awful parking lot. The cleanliness is praised in some other reviews but in all sincerity its a solid 5 out of 10 on the cleanliness feel. A tad musty. Its a hotel though, so I never expect daisies. At about 6pm or 7pm maybe earlier i dont fully remember I ordered food and my dasher called/messaged me to say he couldn't get in the hotel since there were so many people waiting IN LINE that the line went out the front doors of the hotel into the parking lot, just to check in. Still the same woman down there just left alone. One of the housekeepers decided to just let herself into my room about an hour into me already being in my room, didnt knock or announce herself. That was super uncomfortable. Ive stayed at 20+ IHG/Holiday Inn locations in the last 5 years and this has got to be one of the most mid. I have all the receipts/pictures needed to prove everything I ran into, you can check cameras since I know you like to lurk the reviews to reply. Hey by the way, that girl who was working the front desk all night and all morning. Give her a raise. Shes amazing. TLDR; Its a cheap hotel, that if you need to stay for the night will get the job done but if you can spare the extra maybe 30-40$ go somewhere better. Solid 4 out of 10 overall.

It was wonderfully checking in, but before 1 pm, they called and said that I had to pay for the room before I got here to check in. No other hotel had to charge me before check in. Bad service
