  Title: Exceptional Stay – Thoughtfully Designed for the Modern Traveler! This hotel gets everything right. The property is exceptionally clean, well-managed, and clearly run by a caring staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with the traveler in mind—spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Special mention goes to the bed, which delivered one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling. Beyond the room, the amenities really stand out. The gym is well-equipped and clean, and the morning breakfast features plenty of fresh, healthy options to kickstart your day properly. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this place offers a seamless, high-quality stay. Highly recommended—I will definitely be returning!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rachael at the front desk absolutely deserves one. She made my stay at the Holiday Inn that much better from the moment I arrived. Rachael was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help. I had quite a few questions throughout my stay, and she never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She took the time to answer everything thoroughly, offered great recommendations for local restaurants, and even went out of her way to print some online menus To local restaurants for me- , which made deciding where to eat so much easier. It’s those little touches that really make a difference when you’re visiting a new area. What stood out most was how kind and personable she was. Every interaction felt genuine. She wasn’t just checking guests in and out she was creating a great experience and making people feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about customer service and takes pride in her job. Holiday Inn is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Rachael on their team. Employees like her are the reason guests come back. Thank you, Rachael, for your professionalism, your kindness, and for going above and beyond to make my stay such a positive one. I hope your management recognizes what an incredible asset you are because exceptional service like yours deserves to be celebrated.

  Stayed here to compete at Fieldstone for a week, this is my new go to hotel! Rachel at the front desk is wonderful, super cheerful and helpful. For a week’s stay, I was happy to have a slightly larger fridge (with a freezer!) than most hotels offer plus a microwave. The room was really spacious, but may have only been because I was at the end of the hall. The shower was a bit dated as was the tv, but the bed was super comfy. Parking was also easy and there were always spaces, even when I rolled in at 7:30 pm. Will definitely be back!

  Easy parking. Excellent greeting upon arrival. Impeccable room. Great bedding. Comfortable bed. Great size bathroom. Outstanding breakfast...LOVE the pancake maker!
