  The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurant and breakfast areas were clean and I enjoyed both.

  Staff is very nice and welcoming . As you walk in it is very beautiful comforting and quiet. As I got my key to my room, that was it everything changed . The room had a musty,mold and old smell. It was very humid and the air was so thick. The shower head had crust on it and it was brown. The bathroom had a weird stench of wet clothes that had sat for days. The sheet under the main sheet of the mattress had brown stains on it . The window you can open it but had no screen which is very unsafe. The carpet felt damp and just overall gross . The ac you can't go below a certain number and it wasn't even working correctly how it should the room was hot and cold . I am very disappointed because I was not expecting this especially by how everything else looked as I came in .the staff was the only good thing there . My stay was very uncomfortable and I was disgusted the whole time .

  Great value!!! One of the few hotels I've been to that survived the miserable grey epidemic of the mid-2010s! Rooms are warm browns and creams :-) 🤎 THE SOAP AND LOTION SMELLS HEAVENLY Deliciously cold air conditioner in our room! Charming lobby area with a fountain! Free breakfast included with your room, I enjoyed the huge melon slices. There was some crud on the top blanket which is kinda gross, also the handle of the hair dryer in our room (667) was very sticky! Might need some Goo Gone.

  Patricia / Patty went above and beyond to help us get something back that we forgot all the way from Canada. It's a very rare occasion when you see someone go out of their way that much to make someone's experience one to remember. Thank you very much Patty! We will be back for sure!

  The staff is very professional and helpful. We had a small issue and brought it up to the front. I think her name is Katherine, she helped us right away and made sure our issue was resolved. For our room the toilet seat was not properly mounted to the ground I think and kept moving. Other than that our stay was very good.
