  Ended up having to stay over night in Ludlow mass not planed had no over night bag the manager Christine helped me get clothing was droped off at front desk on 2 hours thank you Christine you made my stay great

  Money over Morality This will be long winded, but I need to let people know that this hotel only cares about the money. First, I have been an IHG member for 13 years. And I have had great experiences with every hotel that I have ever booked. Until this one. Let me start at the beginning. I surprised my wife with an early birthday present...a trip that began in Boston, and would end at a couple of other locations, including at this hotel. We woke up on the day that we were heading out of Boston to head to this hotel. There was an emergency involving my wife. I called the hotel explaining the emergency and they basically stated that it was too late to cancel. I knew that it was too late to cancel for a refund, but thought that this hotel would make an exception due to the emergency involving my wife. I asked to speak to the manager working that day. She wouldn't even speak with me or call me back. She just told the front desk to relay the message that it was too late to get a refund. She did offer a free stay at a later date. But we live in Michigan and are 12 hours away from this hotel. This was a birthday present to my wife, and probably the only time we will be back in the area. I even contacted IHG and a representative called the hotel and spoke with the manager to see if she would refund me. She flat out refused. I have since filed a complaint with IHG, concerning this hotel. I'm not a person that cancels hotels last minute. I was hoping for a little compassion and understanding in this very serious matter involving my wife. My wife is obviously my number one priority, and they can keep my money if they feel that they need to. It's just sad that this IHG hotel cares more about $142 than an emergency situation involving a guest. Rest assured, I will never be a guest at this hotel.

  Irene at the front desk is an absolute horror of a customer service representative. Hotel is under construction and you can hear the highway noise pretty clearly through the windows.

  My family and I recently stayed here and I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast that was available every morning offered a variety of options for my hungry bunch. Even the coffee was good. 5 stars across the board here. Highly recommend!! Seriously, a big THANK YOU to the staff of Holiday Inn Ludlow, WELL DONE 👏👏👏
