  It was a last minute family road trip before school starts in NYC. The main visit was the Brewster flats for my 6 and 9 year old. The check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. Our room was 3xx and next to the stairs leading to a sidedoor parking spot. The location of the room offered privacy and felt like home. My kids love the large heated pool and used it everyday. I love the 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate bar for the kids at the lobby. The breakfast can be a hit or miss at any Holiday Inn Express, but this was a 100% hit. The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff always replenish everything quickly, never a empty tray. The beds was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. We love that they have a microwave in the room., it helps us stay in budget from the overpriced seafood in Cape Cod. Definitely will book this location again next time we visit the Brewster flats.

  We stayed for the weekend during our vacation. The rooms were not very clean contrary to other reviews, but I also have very high expectations coming from my previous work experience as an Airbnb manager. There was hair in the shower, a bug in the sink, crumbs under bed, food stains in the fridge, and stained bed sheets. We left one morning and when we came back later that afternoon the temperature had reset to 76 degrees on a hot day. The rooms do cool down fast fortunately. We also were told breakfast started at 6:00 AM, we went down at 6:10 and breakfast was not ready. The breakfast staff said it would be ready at 6:30. When we went back down at 6:35 breakfast was still not ready. I hate to be the person leaving a bad review, but I hope this gives insight to people who may be considering staying here.

  Great Stay at Holiday Inn Express Hyannis – Cape Cod We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hyannis – Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and overall it was a nice place to stay while visiting Cape Cod. My only complaint was the price of the bottled water in the lobby. It was surprisingly expensive for a bottle of water, especially for a hotel. Other than that, we had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

  One of the nicest Holiday inn express i have ever been to. Of course it is band new so everything looked in mint conditions. The staff is amazing. I lest my ipad in the room and totally forgot as we were travelling. I called hotel after 1 week after i had checked out. It was my last shot. Jay went above and beyond to find my ipad and called me with back and he is shipping the ipad right away. I appreciate the great hospitality from Jay. The rooms are well maintained and hot breakfast is the best as well.

  This was a nice central location and the daily maid service was very good, however breakfast was served too late for tourists who need to travel across the cape early. We did not get to eat the free brk at all because we couldn’t wait until 6:30. (It almost felt intentional. Why hold up people’s day unless it’s so you have to feed less people.) The second issue we had was our AC. It was intentionally throttled off late at night so that we woke up hot & sweaty. I would literally set the thermostat for 68 and we wake up sweating with the room 74. Once I mentioned that it felt like this was intentional the staff were very responsive & it stopped happening. The AC would also get turned off while we were out for the afternoon, so we’d return to a hot room. Again, after mentioning this it also stopped As far as the actual rooms: 1.) beds & pillows very comfortable. 2.) shower had plenty of hot water & decent pressure. 3.) but the toilet area was too small & felt claustrophobic to me. We were in a double queen room. Maybe the king room has a bigger toilet area.
