If I can give 0 stars I would. Breakfast kitchen staff is rude and probably racist. A black women in front of me was waiting and myself asian to be seated. 2 seperate groups of white women cut in front of us and got seated. I spoke out and just asked for a to go box because I had to go. I just wanted food and they had a buffet service going on. They said no and said i would have to wait and they would make me something from the menu. Maybe explain what is going on because there is a tour group but nothing was said. Complained at the front but I know they dont care. Same thing last night for dinner I was ignored standing at the bar so i left. Don't stay here.

Beds were fairly comfy, staff was friendly and accommodating. The door to my room was broken and consistently jammed shut, the hotel serves no breakfast, and the available dinner and drinks were awful quality. Could not even finish it. Wiill certainly be booking elsewhere next time I visit.

Good location for a visit to Cape Cod, close to JFK museum (10 minute ride), Whydah Pirate Museum (15 to 20 minute ride), Cape Cod Central RR ride (less than 10 minute car ride). We are twice in the bar which has a limited but good menu and good drinks. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The room was clean. Note: the hotel provides hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner on bottles in wall mounted units. Check the bottles in case they need to be replaced.

I have never been more disgusted with a place. My boyfriend and I have come here 3 years in a row and this is the last time. We had a MOUSE in our 2nd floor room. Who knows how long it’s been in there and to think about it crawling all over our things when we weren’t around is the stuff of nightmares. We were moved rooms and honestly was so disgusted we cut our trip short. AVOID this place cause who knows what’s hiding underneath the beds in your rooms.
