Quiet setting off the highway, very good value for the money. Clean, well cared for suites. We stayed in Queen Studio suite that was pretty spacious with a comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, small living area and bathroom. Close to Nortshore attractions.

The rooms were only cleaned once a week. The oven did not heat up to temp so it was tepid manicotti on night 1. The floors...dust bunnies of human hair that you don't notice until you walk around without your socks on. It was disgusting! We did have a resident spider in the bathroom...he was relatively friendly. The beds were so comfy after a long day tho.

No bed bugs Quiet They had issues with plumbing so we had only small towels for 2 days Wifi is t working well But kitchen has minimal equipment included and everything else was as expected in a hotel of this class People working there are very friendly and trying to give their best!

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons. At check-in, we were told that the hotel had run out of key cards and that we would have to wait until the next day for one to become available after another guest checked out. Until then, every time we left the room, we had to ask the front desk staff to unlock our door for us. The front desk was located in a different building, making this especially inconvenient. We stayed in a ground-floor room, which was extremely damp. The room had a strong musty smell, and even the bedding felt damp enough that it was difficult to sleep comfortably. It wasn't even raining that day, so the level of moisture inside the room was unexpected. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There was no separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom, so every shower left the entire bathroom floor soaked. Finally, the breakfast was surprisingly expensive. A Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich and a bottle of Dunkin' coffee cost around $20, which did not feel like good value. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations due to the room conditions, inconvenience during check-in, and poor value for money.

Very clean rooms!! For a budget hotel, super clean. Spacious rooms with full kitchen and all needed dishes and utensils. The only on site food options are a SMALL front desk pantry. But there are several grocery stores and department stores within a mile of the hotel. Use GPS to get here because the roads make no sense! You need to go north to get south kind of thing. Check in service was blah. Not good but not bad. Just not friendly or happy to see ya! NO elevator so if this is an issue for you, call the hotel. Overall this was a hit. Very clean and comfortable suite with great amenities for under $100!
