NON. SOGGIORNATE. QUI.
Fate un piacere a voi stessi.
Peggior hotel in cui sia mai stato.
Sporco.
Evitatelo.
Unica cosa positiva la reception. I ragazzi sono sempre stati tutti gentili e disponibili.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a solid choice for a weekend getaway.

I would like to say overall the suite was very nice, especially for the price. Most of the staff was friendly, but I had two hiccups, and when we arrived the room wasn’t ready. (6pm) and got asked “are you sure you need two beds?” YES. And pretty much told us we were SOL, finally a suite became available, fast forward we went to Salem, did a ghost tour and got back around 11, only to find our room key not working, and when we went to ask the front desk, she was like “oh what room?” “We don’t have you in that room, it’s dirty” mind you, our things were already in the room, and she had assigned the wrong room. Lastly, 10:30 am the keys stopped working. Checkout is 11.
Anyways, I would book again but these hiccups should probably be addressed.
This place is honestly frustrating and misleading. Sure, it has a kitchenette and free laundry, but that does NOT make up for how poor the actual “hotel” service is.
Housekeeping is basically nonexistent—they only clean once a week. That’s unacceptable for a hotel. A few days into my stay, I found a centipede in the bathtub, which is disgusting and completely ruined any sense of comfort. On top of that, I’m sensitive to cleanliness and can get bad rashes from sleeping in the same dirty bedding too long, and they clearly don’t care about that at all.
I also had to take out my own trash like I’m living in an apartment. At that point, don’t even call this a hotel, because it’s not. It’s basically an apartment with none of the proper cleaning or service you should be paying for.
Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay dealing with poor hygiene, bugs, and doing everything yourself.
We booked this trip as a last minute getaway. This is our second stay in two weeks at an ihg hotel. Once in Burlington MA and now in Danvers. We have been booking these hotels as on the surface, they seem to be what we are looking for, bedrooms and functional kitchen.
The kitchen is not fully stocked, odd numbers of silverware and bowls...only one hot pad to use on pans that get hot. They had one pan and two pots. And if you ask for anything additional, they don't have it. We had to go out and get a set of pans to cook on as well as paper towels (there's a rack to hold them, but they don't supply them).
Bathroom had 3 towels for a room that is meant to house 6. We asked for more, which they gave us 3 more. As a family that everyone has long hair, we didn't have enough. My husband asked for more, and they said we don't have any.
Pictured the tub that we called about. The toilet backed up and they couldn't find a plunger (we waited 20ish minutes). We asked for a late check out to be able to combat the delay. They allowed it, but could not find someone to fix it or provide a plunger.
For the amount of money spent, having a functioning bathroom and kitchen would be great.
When I reached out to customer service, we got a we'll look into it and thanks for contacting us. So, they don't really seem willing to do anything about the issues.
