  Great location, old rooms, but as far as the customer service, there was a woman at the service desk who, by far, was the rudest, and most insulting person we have encountered in the service industry. She was so rude and aggressive, we were concerned about our safety. We wrote to management several weeks after our trip twice, but no reply at all.

  One of the best home away from home places you'll ever find, Chatham Tides is a little slice of heaven. Helpful, accomplished staff ensure your stay is just right, the quiet, pretty location is ideal for town and country adventures alike, and your morning & sunset views from the private beach start your day off right and cap it perfectly. 💜

  The rooms were very well equipped and efficient. Bedding very comfortable, room was immaculate, fresh paint with tasteful decor. Great water pressure, appreciated the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Internet was easy to access and reliable. All staff were awesome, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Couldn't be better for our family reunion and will be returning soon.
