We had a great stay here for 4 nights! Parking seemed to be available the whole time even at busier times, I think the cost to park a bit high for the area, but you’re in a secure lot right at the hotel entrance. Our room was clean, but we had some noise issues with our neighbors. Front desk staff helped us and apologized for the noise levels, so don’t be afraid to call down and mention issues. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Breakfast gets busy fast, but people rotate in and out of tables quickly, seemed like a typical breakfast situation at a hotel. Location is ideal for hopping on the green line into the city, there’s a strip mall with a grocery store a quick walk from the hotel, and there are bike lines and sidewalks all around so it feels safe traveling by foot even though it’s on a busy stretch of road. Perfect for a more budget friendly stay still close to the city without needing to drive in. Once you’re parked in the lot, you don’t need to touch the car again until you leave. We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee in the breakfast space.

The hotel itself was not too bad and overall looked pretty clean. The location was convenient for us, and most of the staff we interacted with were nice and professional. Unfortunately, there were a few things that really affected our experience.
The breakfast area is way too small for the size of the hotel. Almost every time we came down for breakfast, there were no available tables. The breakfast itself was okay, pretty much a typical American hotel breakfast.
The biggest issue was our experience with Megan at the front desk on the day we arrived. I booked the room by calling the hotel directly and specifically asked to pay for the room right away so I could manage my travel budget properly. I provided my credit card information over the phone and was told I would receive a receipt within a few minutes. I never received one.
When we arrived, Megan asked me for the same credit card. I didn’t have it with me because I had specifically requested that the hotel charge it when I made the reservation. Instead of calmly trying to listen and understand what happened, she became very rude and aggressive and started telling me that she is not able to check us in because “this might be a scam” 😳 Eventually, she said something along the lines of, “Fine, I will do it only this one time,” as if she were doing me a personal favor🙄 It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional way to welcome guests after traveling with children.
Housekeeping was another disappointment. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not vacuumed once. There was hair on the bathroom floor that stayed there throughout our stay. Housekeeping came in, but it seemed like they mostly just made/folded the beds rather than actually cleaning the room.
Other than these issues, the stay was okay. Most employees were friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was decent. With better housekeeping, a larger or better-managed breakfast area, and more professional customer service at check-in, our experience could have been much better.

We stayed here 4 nights using points. Overt, we had a great experiences. Staff was very nice. We requested for late check out and no problem at all. Hotel location is excellent. There’s a bus stop right outside the front door that you can take buses to the nearest metro in less than 2 minutes. You can also walk to Lechmere station in about 8 minutes. Getting to a from airport is really easy using public transportation. Uber from airport is about $30. There’s a Star market literally next door if you need groceries. It’s in a pretty quiet area, not much around it. But you can get to tourists attractions in less than 20 minutes or so. Room size are large. Breakfast consists typical scrambled eggs, bacon , sausages, etc as well as yogurt and fresh fruit. It might be hard to find a table at breakfast sometimes, so some people pick up items and bring back to their rooms. But I think we were there during busy week of college touring. There are free buses that you can take to Havard, MIT areas. We saw many families with children talking many different languages. This hotel gives you best value for the money. Places in tourist areas would be much higher cost. Here you are not that far away , but can save lots of money. We highly recommend this IHG property.

arrived with a confirmed reservation, but they told me there was no room available. As a 23-year-old woman traveling alone, I was left outside in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. No apology, no solution, and no concern for my safety.
This was completely unacceptable. A confirmed reservation should guarantee a room. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is tricky to get in and out of, being forced to make a U-turn from one side of traffic. The entrance ramp isnt as steep as it looks, but the exit of the hotel is a hard pass if you have a lowered car. It would be impossible to get out with some of the rides ive had; even stock height on my caddy had me nervous. The hotel itself though, fantastic! No complaints at all!
