  Cannot recommend this place enough! Clean, fresh linens, excellent breakfast - and everything else we needed. We had a suite and it was spacious and comfy. Will be back!

  My husband and I stayed at Staybridge Suites Burlington for almost three months during our home search. The recent upgrades to the lobby, dining area, and outdoor space/ pool are beautiful. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen well equipped to accommodate meals in. Most importantly, we do not have enough complementary words for the staff – THANK YOU for making us feel at home. Nivi was the highlight of our stay. She was so helpful and kind. We are grateful for the flexibility afforded to us to extend our stay as we navigated the uncertainty of searching for a new home. I would highly recommend Staybridge for short and long-term stays alike!

  Picked property for a week-long conference. Great staff, very helpful and prompt. Renovations very attractive: clean lines, new everything and fresh paint. World Cup and July 4 happened at same time but cleanliness and presentation maintained. Incredible conversations with staff and management were unexpected perks. Ample parking, outdoor patio and complementary dinners (Mon-Wed) pleasant surprises. Highly recommend.

  We stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Burlington for 2 weeks while my daughter had surgery in Waltham. It was perfect for our needs. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite which gave us the space for privacy and flexibility with sleeping hours. Our stay was during the World Cup and the hotel was filled with fans from Scotland. The staff did a great job of meeting the needs of a very full hotel. The room was very clean.

  Suites provided a decent amount of space. They were not in great condition. There were several notes about this hotel being recently renovated but it already appears pretty run down. Housekeeping was almost non-existent. When they did come in the rooms, they emptied trash and that was about it. And a few times they didn’t even replace the bag in the trash can, they just set the bag next to it. They didn’t make beds. They didn’t replace towels, just re-hung used ones. No sweeping, mopping, vacuuming took place. The one positive was the staff - especially Gary at the front desk. He was quite friendly and accommodating. The most frustrating part - they were under construction so the pool wasn’t open for part of the time we were there. The breakfast was very limited compared to what was ‘offered’ when we booked. They didn’t do the social hour. And when we discussed these shortcomings there was zero effort to make it right or offer a discount on the rate we paid. That’s not great customer service. Your guests should come first. We did not. We wouldn’t stay here again.
