  Overall, this was a good hotel. It was clean, recently renovated, and only about 30 minutes from downtown Boston. The breakfast was also very good. Our room did have a few issues. The outlet next to the bathroom sink didn’t work, so I had to use the hair dryer from another outlet, which was pretty inconvenient. The sink was also clogged when we checked in. Housekeeping didn’t replace the towels or toilet paper on schedule - we only received them after I asked. The hotel was very busy, which isn’t a bad thing, but it was obvious the breakfast area was understaffed. One employee was trying to do everything on her own, and there were often long waits for food or coffee to be refilled. The tables were also frequently dirty and sticky. Other than that, we had a good stay.

  Location is nice ,as hotel looks to be ,however I was greeted with a “no rooms available “ without the receptionist even checking his screen monitor at 3:30 p.m and just after checking in a family after me . I cancelled my whole stay due to receptionist attitude ,I needed a place to stay and rest from a long exhausting day not whatever it is they offer at this location.

  This was a once in lifetime trip for my family. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. Great breakfast and the room was super clean. Totally recommend to anyone to stay here you wont be disappointed. The location is also amazing. Thank you for the great stay.

  We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. It was the perfect set up for 4 adults and a baby. The staff were great. We asked not to have house keeping due to the baby. Whenever we needed anything, we asked at the front desk and they gave it to us. The breakfast was very good. The pool was great for the baby and parents to go in. Gary and the other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had one tiny issue. They put out a water jug near the coffee for the first 2 days. Then it disappeared. I asked and was told it was broken. Then I was told they only put it out when it's over 85 degrees. I asked for water bottles (we don't drink Burlington water and neither does the front desk staff). I got some the first few days. Then they said they were out. The water jug (filtered) needs to be out all the time.
