Very close to the MGM music hall & Fenway. I like that the area is close to everything. The hotel itself is amazing. My kids loved playing music on the record players in each room. The decor is really fun to look at too. The staff are very nice & extremely helpful. The on site restaurant & bar is nice too. We only got to stay one night but I would love to stay here again. Highly highly recommend!
Will never return
They had me in a trailer behind a locked fence in their parking lot. The windows had no privacy but worse still the couch was grossly stained and the entire unit smelled like urine. I chalked it up to bad detergent and took a walk for dinner. Cane back still smelled. So I sat outside in the chairs for us to enjoy. Then the final piece of the puzzle was realized when i saw rats go between trailers and scurring about. The smell was overbearing rat urine and feces. I told the manager and my hr people about it. Dont go here and dont place corporate guests its disgusting.

I stayed at The Verb Hotel for a couple of nights and honestly had a really comfortable experience. The whole music-themed vibe gives the place a unique character without feeling overdone. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a nice retro style that made the stay feel a bit different from a typical hotel.
One thing I really liked was the location. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Boston, especially around Fenway. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and getting around the city was easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and whenever I had questions. The hotel also had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after being out all day.
The only small downside was that the rooms can feel a little compact, but it wasn’t a big issue for a short stay. Overall, it felt welcoming, clean, and memorable in a simple way.
If you book this place I strongly recommend you get an actual room instead one of the trailers. We had booked a room but upon check in were notified that we had been "upgraded" to one of the trailers in the back.
Our stay would have easily been a 5 star experience if not for a persistent and noticeable smell of a "porta potty" in our trailer. What I mean by this is not a smell of sewage but rather that chemical smell that hits you when you enter a porta potty.
We notified the front desk about the issue in the evening, they sent in someone and tried to rectify the issue which I appreciate but it did not make the slightest difference.
This is not what I expected from a 4 star hotel with a nightly rate of $300+.
I'm sure this is not an issue if you stay in one of their actual rooms so I'd still recommend that.

The vibe and Location to Fenway Park for a game is excellent but that’s one of the few perks. We Arrived a little after 4 to check in only to have no parking in the hotel parking lot (which they charge $60+) but we had to pay extra (total of $ 100) to park in the parking deck across the street. Parking in the deck is $60 until midnight then you get charged for another day from midnight to your check out time. They claim breakfast and coffee is complimentary but they add a daily “all access “ $40 charge, so that you aren’t really getting that as complimentary. We walked back from the game on a 40 degree spring April night only to have no heat in the room. Called the front desk to be told they only have the air on so even if you cut the thermostat to heat it will only blow cold air. It’s been in the low 30’s in the area for several nights but they have no heat. This maybe should have been disclosed at check in and not a surprise when you come in cold from a game. They sent a space heater to our room for heat. For the price of this hotel I don’t feel the service or the amenities were sufficient or worth the price charged. If it weren’t late and we weren’t tired from traveling we would check out and go a chain hotel that I feel the service and price is more worth it.
