The Lenox is in a great spot for walking to restaurants and shops... Even Fenway Park is walkable from there. A block over is the famous Newbury Street for more shopping and dining. Great location for quick access to the T to get up other areas of the city quickly. The hotel itself is well appointed, has nice amenities, dining inside the hotel if excellent. Cozy cocktail bars for after a day of site seeing are fun to unwind and try some creative cocktails (and mocktails). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

The rest of the hotel is really nice though and has a couple restaurants that should satisfy most people. We were in town for the marathon so the location might be the best in the city. The staff are phenomenal in all aspects and should really be commended for the job they do. We’d stay again
- FFFrimJollyApr 11, 20265.0The Lenox is my favorite hotel in Boston. Let's start with its perfect location. It is in the heart of Boston; the middle of Back Bay in Copley Square. This also happens to be one of the most beautiful parts of Boston. It is walking distance to the best shopping - high end or bargain; some of Boston's best architecture and restaurants. However, if you are craving fine dining, their (24 hour) room service meals are wonderful. There are many fine choices for hotels in Boston but, in my experience, none offer elegance, luxury and comfort while being distinctively Bostonian and so charming! You will immediately feel like you are staying in the best that Boston has to offer. The staff is so welcoming and professional. They have beautiful bars, restaurants and a quaint Irish Pub. We treated ourselves to a corner suite with a working fireplace - not gas but wood! By request, someone is more than willing to come up and do a Jim Morrison (light your fire) for you. There are 50 rooms with a working fireplace at the Lenox! The views from our suite brought us into the vibrancy of the city while feeling like we were in our own little comfy nook where every need could be satisfied with a phone call. The staff is genuinely delighted to serve. It seems like they – and we – never stopped smiling! The room was beautifully appointed without being overdone. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Everything was immaculately clean. Staying at the Lenox feels like home. We cannot wait to go back!

Do you charge a resort/destination/facilities fee?
No, we do not have any hidden fees, nor do we charge any of these types of fees. The only fees on our rooms beyond any incidentals you might charge to your room are local city & state taxes. All of our guests have equal and complimentary access to all of our amenities – from our locally roasted coffee and tea in the mornings to our 24/7 fitness and business centers to our high-speed WiFi. When you’re here, you’re taken care of.
What credit cards are accepted?

Does The Lenox offer parking?
We do! Valet parking is available at $45 daily and $70 per night per car with unlimited in-and-out access.

The hotel is dog friendly and permits dogs 50 lbs and under at a one-time fee of $75 per stay. We have a two dog per room limit. Please just let us know before arrival so we can make sure we are ready for our four-legged guest too. While your dog may not be left in your room unaccompanied, dog sitting services may be available. “Green space” is available just two blocks away on Commonwealth Avenue. Does the hotel offer dry cleaning services?

Yes, if shipping five or fewer packages, The Lenox can store and process your packages without charge. If you are shipping six or more packages, a $25 storage and handling fee applies.
