- TKTing Chien King3 days ago4.0Rooms were really outdated unfortunately Shower had to be turned really tight otherwise it’ll make a constant leaking noise Room I would really say is average at best at this price point. What stands out are the employees, very friendly, welcoming, lots of whom greet you on a daily basis Room service was also very good and have a nice touch, they remembered how the pillows were placed previously and arranged it tidely so. Definitely an A+ team working here. Location was amazing for a quick trip around Boston Close to many great spots, decent walk even nearby the hotel. Also a plus is the main entrance is more so in an alleyway, so parking, valet in and out is very much convenient Hope they update the rooms though.

It is a rarity for me to say nothing bad about a hotel. In this case- this hotel was AMAZING. Clean, lovely staff, a lovely atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The bar in the evening had a great vibe and the new restaurant is cute.

Katie, the wedding coordinator kept everything moving smoothly and couldn’t have been kinder to our family. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the NICEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was so many special touches the whole weekend, from the front desk staff, to the servers at the wedding everything was 100000/10. Thank you so much for an unforgettable weekend Katie & the Lenox staff!

A special mention goes to Gerard, who works at the entrance and with whom I had the pleasure of having some great and interesting conversations. Overall, it is a great hotel with an excellent location and a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Every single employees greeted you like you were an old friend; late check out easily accommodated and even an early check in. Three restaurant outlets in the hotel and located perfectly near everything you need and must see. We will absolutely be back.

Do you charge a resort/destination/facilities fee?
No, we do not have any hidden fees, nor do we charge any of these types of fees. The only fees on our rooms beyond any incidentals you might charge to your room are local city & state taxes. All of our guests have equal and complimentary access to all of our amenities – from our locally roasted coffee and tea in the mornings to our 24/7 fitness and business centers to our high-speed WiFi. When you’re here, you’re taken care of.

The hotel is dog friendly and permits dogs 50 lbs and under at a one-time fee of $75 per stay. We have a two dog per room limit. Please just let us know before arrival so we can make sure we are ready for our four-legged guest too. While your dog may not be left in your room unaccompanied, dog sitting services may be available. “Green space” is available just two blocks away on Commonwealth Avenue.
