- RLRyan LynchMay 8, 20261.0Terrible! The room itself felt like I was in someone's basement. Someone's old leftover food was still in the minifridge (which didn't even seem to work / smelled awful). The sink drain didn't work. Would not recommend whatsoever - my first and last time staying at a Millennium hotel.

It is worth spending the extra money and stay at the Canopy (next door), or another hotel. But if you're looking for a cheap hotel and don't care of cleanliness or staff attitude; then I still would pick another hotel to stay at.

The place is dated with an aged Tuscan style decor. We had a broken sink faucet, doors leading to outdoor stoop do not latch allowing draft and noise, dust on countertops, one paper cup only for all coffee and water needs. No water in the room,, no in room snacks, no refrigerator drinks. No toiletries at bathroom sink. TV did not work. No doubt it’s a great location to many areas of Boston but they need to up their game to what it was 25 years ago. It felt like the Millennuum Hotel and Resort group stopped their funding for this once great hotel.

We called for a dental kit and nothing came for 45 minutes, called again and nothing then had to finally go down to the lobby and request it and it finally was delivered to my room. Would not stay here again, would NOT recommend

I paid $400 for double bed room.They told me the room has 2 full bed size but it was twin size. The matress was very uncomfortable.My daughter and I couldn't sleep. Whe thought we gonna fall from the bed. No hot water in the shower.. They said the breakfast was included but they charged me $70. And of course they have that hidden fee you pay for historic location..The concierge after 5pm was rude. Never ever gonna come back in this hotel!!
