  We ran into some issues with our room the first night, but Inilta at the front desk was awesome. We talked to her in the morning, and by the time we returned from our day she had us moved into a new room. She provided additional support during our stay in Boston and provided guidance for our next leg to NYC. She was a role model in customer service. The beds were nice and the location was great. Our room with a view of the harbor provided both a nice view and was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

  Cannot fault the hotel or staff in any way! Staff very quick in helping with luggage on arrival, quick check in, friendly chap taking our luggage to tbe room with lots of advice and tips for around the city. Wonderful corner room 1133, with amazing city views! Staff helpful throughout the stay and chamber staff left the room impeccable each morning. If we are ever back in Boston we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel!! Thank you for making our first visit to Boston perfect!

  As a group of event planners in the Boston area, we had SO much fun at the InterContinental Boston! From start to finish, the team took us around and showed us all the different ways to enjoy the property. The newly renovated bar space is beautiful, there’s a great indoor/outdoor option, and the upscale fire pits are such a fun touch. Then we entered the speakeasy — and WOW! The seasonal décor was honestly some of the best I’ve ever seen. So much fun and so well done! And the drinks and apps…👏 The seasonal drinks were delicious and the appetizers were seriously some of the best I’ve had. And if you know me, you know I consider myself the Queen of Apps, so I don’t say that lightly! 😂 But what really made it for us was the team. Everyone was so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like we were chatting with friends, not being given a hard sell. No pressure whatsoever — just genuinely great people who wanted us to have a great time and experience everything. Shout out to these members of the team that made it a point to not just serve us great drinks and apps, but to chat with: Jessica Matilda Charlene Vincent Benjamin Armstrong Rey We had such a fun night, found some new favorites, and loved the whole vibe. Great people, great drinks, great apps and SO much atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and definitely refer this venue as a "must see and stay"! ❤️

  Worst parking structure of all of Boston's major hotels, and in top of it - only a handful of valets. We just had a large function there, and there were 2 seperate events booked on the same night. They only had a handful of parking staff, which made the exit a nightmare. Our event alone had over 400 attendees. So you had hundreds waiting in line, most of them elderly, for hours, waiting for their turn to get their car. And when the the valets were asked to call for more help and speak to the max manager, they did nothing. It was awful, and we even had some elderly get dizzy and almost amd emergency situation. What's the point of booking a pricy venue if this is the service you're going to get. So many other options to consider downtown with legitimate parking.

  My stay at the InterContinental Boston was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every member of the staff I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service really stood out and made the entire stay feel special. A special shoutout to James from the Concierge team. He took great care of me throughout my stay and gave me some excellent recommendations that I ended up following. His knowledge of Boston, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure I was having a great experience really made a difference. The concierge team as a whole was exceptional, but James definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the overall level of service is exactly what I look for in a luxury hotel. I’ve stayed at several five-star hotels in Boston, and after this experience, I honestly feel like the InterContinental Boston has a very strong case for being the best hotel in the city. From the accommodations to the staff to the personalized service, everything came together for an unforgettable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the InterContinental Boston to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Boston.
