Got a BBq chicken burger , the chicken fillet must have been sitting under the grill for hours and the bacon tasted of burnt dirty grease. The girl behind the counter was lovely however amd the beer and atmosphere where cool.

Things that we loved- the suite style room which had enough room for 4 adult-sized people, the wet bar outside the bathroom providing us with 2 sinks, the white-noise machine, the complimentary night amenities from the front desk and waters, the comfortable pull-out sofa bed, the also comfortable rollout bed, the walkable location, and the friendly service. Special shout-out to Shaun/Sean/Shawn (not sure of the exact spelling) for letting us borrow his umbrella on a very rainy day when we had a walking tour planned! Would definitely stay again!

It was nice to have a restaurant in the same building that was open late too. Tati at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. It can get a little noisy at night since its downtown, but luckily the hotel offers sleep aids (ear plugs, white noise machine) to help with that. The shower provides two shower heads, detachable & overhead. Unfortunately I couldn't get the overhead one function. Overall, I would definitely recommend someone to stay here! I can't do half ratings, but I'd give it a 4.5/5!
- LHLina HanJul 25, 20261.0I booked a two-night stay at this hotel, but unfortunately my flight was canceled due to circumstances beyond my control. As soon as I knew I wouldn’t be able to arrive on time, I contacted the hotel to ask if I could either cancel one night or modify my reservation. The hotel refused both requests. I ended up paying $1,400 for two nights even though I couldn’t use the room at all. There was no flexibility, no accommodation, and not even a partial refund or any form of compensation. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but exceptional situations like flight cancellations deserve some level of understanding and customer service. A little goodwill would have gone a long way. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better customer care from a hotel at this price point. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here based on how they handled this situation.
