- LBLaureen Browning2 days ago5.0We stayed at the Hotel Indigo Boston Garden for one night to attend a show at the Wilbur and found the hotel to be absolutely lovely with welcoming and professional staff! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Edison and Sarah (I believe that was her name) were both very friendly and helpful. The valet charge may seem pricey however, it’s competitive with local Boston garages and as mentioned, it’s valet service, which was so appreciated! Blake’s Kitchen + Bar in the hotel was excellent as well, with great service. We will definitely be back to the Hotel Indigo!

Everyone, but especially Edison, took really good care of us, and always with a smile. The location is fantastic for accessing the Garden and the North End. T stop nearby makes it easy to get to the rest of Boston as well. Thanks Indigo!
- SHStacy HalackaApr 23, 20263.0The hotel was not what I was expecting. It was much smaller and located on a side street that seemed rather sketchy. It is located right across the street from TD Garden, so if that is important to you, this is the place. The other tourist destinations are within a 15 to 20 minute walk. The room was decorated nicely, and had a nice kitchenette area. The bathroom was tiny and the furniture and carpet were worn or damaged. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant breakfast service was extremely disorganized. We had a long wait both days we tried to get breakfast and one day we even waited over an hour...so maybe skip that. All in all not a bad experience, I would say it was fine, but not more than that.
