We were truly so impressed! We traveled with our 2 month old baby, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it as comfortable of a stay as possible. I had only requested a crib, but when we got into the room they had also set up a diaper genie, bathtub, wipe warmer, hooded towel, and baby toiletries! These extra touches really made our experience great; thank you for an amazing stay!

Every time we stay at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston, we think it can’t possibly get any better, and somehow, every single time, they prove us wrong.
From the moment we arrive, the service is absolutely exceptional. The staff has an incredible way of making you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, without ever making it feel forced. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, but it’s truly the people and the level of service that keep bringing us back.
The biggest problem with staying at One Dalton is that they make it really hard for us to go anywhere else! Every time we consider trying another hotel in Boston, we remember how blown away we are by our stays here. And somehow, each visit seems even better than the last.
There’s a reason we keep coming back. Four Seasons One Dalton has become our home away from home in Boston, and they have set the bar incredibly high. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to make every stay so special and memorable.

I would not hesitate to recommend the four seasons at one Dalton Street in Boston.
Not only were the rooms and the ambience exceptional but there is a fun part of arrival in the bellhop crew that is unmatched and unsurpassed in our travels. And if you’re lucky enough to go there, make sure that you do not miss the Zuma restaurant.
