Parking, because of valet only, is a nightmare. Food was marginal and lacked character. Rice was undercooked. Salad had no dressing of note. Atmosphere is nice. No family handicap bathroom makes a challenge for older guests.
For the cost of a stay, it had surprising deficits of service.

Just FYI for locals, the Four Seasons will close restaurants to the public with no notice due to “capacity,” even when they are visibly not full. Will no longer recommend to out-of-town guests. Won’t be back.

Exceptional in every way. The location is wonderful, the room was immaculate and well appointed and every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Special shout out to Willie at Sottovento Coffee, his amazing personality (and delicious lattes) made every morning special during our visit!
