- MMMoses3 days ago5.0Our stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. From start to finish, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Miller, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel of choice every time we visit Boston. Highly recommend!
- JMJason Maklary6 days ago2.0Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of staying in this hotel, and maybe I set my expectations too high, even though it is an expensive hotel and should have been a 5-star experience. But the attention to detail was way off. The room showed its age; the AC did not work at night, and it was hot for a horrible night's sleep. The desk plug was falling apart. The welcome amenity was not in the room ahead of time and woke up my wife trying to take a nap. Then, at check-in, she forgot to get my credit card for incidentals and woke us up again, calling the room multiple times within an hour. Part of Chase Edit breakfast is included, but it only covers $30 per person. Breakfast was great but expensive, and most items were priced so high that they didn't cover the full breakfast. I will say the Concierge was amazing and helped figure out dinner options and answer questions, along with the bartenders in Dark Room being exceptional, but the rest of the stay was subpar for what should be a 5-star hotel and not just another regular Marriott, Hyatt, or Hilton typical average stay. When checking out, pointing out the issues with the AC, no competition was offered, and we were told we still had the room for another 30 minutes before leaving, but maintenance decided to show up before we left the room vs waiting 30 minutes for us to leave.

Stock war absolut top geputzt und gepflegt. Die Aussicht über den Hafen und auf die Stadt ist einfach wunderbar. Es gab an diesem Ort überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Das Harbor-Hotel ist ein ausgezeichnetes Haus, das ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen kann
