  I travel for work and my artist is performing at the palladium in Worcester tonite so I booked a room to get a break since we’ve been out on the road for 6 weeks. My best friend drove down from main to spend the day and nite with me and it has been wonderful! All the staff we have interacted with have been amazing! The hotel mini store has amazing options and the room is perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I have an artist performing in Worcester!

  Room was large and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Staff was friendly

  We stayed here on September 12th for one night. We drove 9 hours to get here, checked in, dropped our bags and left for supper. We returned to the room at 9pm and noticed the toilet had been running for who knows how long and the lever would not flush so we called the desk. They offered me a plunger, I said we never used the toilet and noticed it would not flush because it was running nonstop but gee thanks. I am glad you would expect a paying guest to plunge the hotel's toilet. Anyway, the manager came up and was able to fix it. Well, fix it so it would flush but every time you used the toilet you had to jiggle the handle to stop it from running. I digress. That isn't even the main problem. We had an event to be at for 8am so had to be up around 6ish. Around midnight we woke up to someone trying to get in our room. We thought it was just drunk people as there was a party in the lobby around 9pm when we returned. It carried on for 10 minutes. A little unnerving. It stopped. I just got back to sleep when all of a sudden our door opened. Well, opened as far as it could with the security bar across it. I got up to see what was going on and to my surprise there is an employee with 2 guests with their luggage standing outside my room. She started grilling me and kept saying her manager wanted to speak with me. I didn't know why unless it was to apologize for this gross error and inconvenience. Clearly they resold our room. Had I been thinking I would have said that you manager WAS talking to me 3 hours ago when she came to fix the toilet. Anyway, now as a regular IHG customer I would have expected at the very least an apology, points, partial refund, something to compensate us for this unnerving experience. I got an apology only after filling out the emailed survey. It was very flipp and not really empathetic to the situation at all. This is hopefully a one of BUT if you choose to stay here I would lock all the locks and I would even ask at the front desk to make sure your room shows as occupied before going in for the night.
