- AAAce3 days ago1.0I was charged $455 for two rooms that were disgusting! One was full of ants & the other had hair & dirt everywhere! I was told by a male employee that my money would be refunded for both rooms before leaving the premises. One week has passed & a refund was never issued!

- KKkimJun 29, 20262.0I am disappointed. My Family and I usually like the Best Western Hotels, but this sadly not. The guy who checked us in, was easily annoyed by our requests like hanging up a “privacy please” sign. The rooms were dirty, the toilet was leaking water on the side and still had hair on the seat when we arrived. The shower had moldy stains and we’ve encountered more than one cockroach. All in all the hotel did have much space and it was good located to easily drive to new orleans or any restaurant.
- MMMarthaJun 11, 20262.0This was the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I like it because my dog can stay there for free. In the past the rooms have been fine. This time the room was dirty ( shower and shower door were covered in black mold, garbage was not taken out and there was some kind of brown liquid spilled all over the desk that was not wiped off). The room was very humid and had a musty smell. I was afraid to touch anything. Even the breakfast was gross. The staff was very nice as always. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. As they say, You get what you pay for ($66.00/night).

Stains on sheets and you could tell they had been slept in. All the surfaces in the room were dirty and hadn’t been wiped off. Showers were filthy. This hotel needs a whole new housekeeping staff. Then the house keeper walked in the room without knocking, at 9am. Will not be staying there again.
