- EBElaine Jessyka BurasSep 4, 20261.0off the highway & easy to get to. unfortunately that's the only good thing i can say. the rooms were advertised for 85$ & they charged us 158$. the service sucked. AC in room 219 does NOT come on at all, so the room is hot. the phone isn't even connected to a cord, just sat on the bedside table 🙄 the paint has been stripped in pieces from the walls, the room smells like pee, i can go on & on. just go somewhere else, don't waste your money.

Laying right next to my girlfriend, housekeeping entered the room not once, but twice without knocking and checkout is not until 11 am!! That itself is totally unacceptable!! We were just passing by.So I thought it would be a nice place for one night. I was very wrong. The only positive and I mean, the only positive was, the guy that checked us in at around 2:30 am was extremely friendly. He took the time to show us where everything was, such as drinks, ice machines and so on. But after that it was a nightmare!! Who in the world walks into people's rooms without knocking???????? I can answer that. The housekeeping at this hotel.. The first person that did it was a male. Then about thirty minutes later, a female opens the door and walks into the room. If best western reviews this and does not believe me, check the cameras. I would definitely not recommend this specific best western!!

The absolute rudest , incompetent desk clerks that I've ever encountered at Best Western being a reward member. Im definitely switching to IHG Rewards for a much more pleasant experience. Best Western you blew it , you are getting worse by the day. This should be Best Western Projects not plus.
