- JJJAug 17, 20262.0Way overpriced. We stayed one night and I was awake first at 8:45 am.. Laying right next to my girlfriend, housekeeping entered the room not once, but twice without knocking and checkout is not until 11 am!! That itself is totally unacceptable!! We were just passing by.So I thought it would be a nice place for one night. I was very wrong. The only positive and I mean, the only positive was, the guy that checked us in at around 2:30 am was extremely friendly. He took the time to show us where everything was, such as drinks, ice machines and so on. But after that it was a nightmare!! Who in the world walks into people's rooms without knocking???????? I can answer that. The housekeeping at this hotel.. The first person that did it was a male. Then about thirty minutes later, a female opens the door and walks into the room. If best western reviews this and does not believe me, check the cameras. I would definitely not recommend this specific best western!!

The absolute rudest , incompetent desk clerks that I've ever encountered at Best Western being a reward member. Im definitely switching to IHG Rewards for a much more pleasant experience. Best Western you blew it , you are getting worse by the day. This should be Best Western Projects not plus.

- KKkimJun 29, 20262.0I am disappointed. My Family and I usually like the Best Western Hotels, but this sadly not. The guy who checked us in, was easily annoyed by our requests like hanging up a “privacy please” sign. The rooms were dirty, the toilet was leaking water on the side and still had hair on the seat when we arrived. The shower had moldy stains and we’ve encountered more than one cockroach. All in all the hotel did have much space and it was good located to easily drive to new orleans or any restaurant.
