  This is a relatively new hotel that has been well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was great, with multiple meat choices. Beds were clean and fresh. Large TV with cable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again!

  Upon arrival, the desk clerk was on the phone. I checked in. She said that my room had already been charged to a company card. I said it's not supposed to be charged to the company card. I have my own card. It's already been charged. 2 months later, I found out what she did was canceled my reservation and then remade a reservation. They charged my original company card. A $150 for a cancelation fee, which I did not cancel. Records show that "user" canceled on the same day and stayed the same two nights. When I asked, why would I do that? Shanisa said I can't explain what you did. If the associate would have known how to switch the payment from one card to the other then I would not have been charged the cancelation fee when I realized what had happened. I called the facility 28 times in 1 day. I tried to speak to Chris. Shanisa was quick to let me know that she didn't care if I stayed at another facility. She would appreciate me staying at another facility The first time I called Chris was gone for the day, that was Friday. On Mobday Chris was not in the office yet, the first tine I called. The second time I called, there was no answer. The third time I called Chris was in a meeting. The other 24 times you could very distinctly tell that the phone was being picked up and hung up. So I got no customer service. When I went through, IHG they checked into it, I had a case number and because that's the facilities policy to charge a cancelation fee which I did not cancel. The hundred and fifty dollars got charged to the company card. 1. I would have left the charge for the room on the card if I had known this malarkey was going to happen. 2. I DO NOT make reservations with my card. I use the third party app and I have NEVER canceled a reservation. 3. Your clerk had access to charge the card on file AND my card that I handed her which is what really happened. 4. It's the principle at this point. I know what happened. You can word it any way you want to make it right for you. I will take Sharnisa's advice and stay somewhere else!

  This hotel is in a nice location, and the rooms are comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. The absolute star of the show however is Destiny at the front desk. She's so good as a front-desk manager! Impeccably polite, extremely courteous, great sense of humor, and very fast at her work. I've never been checked as quickly before, and she offers cookies to all her guests 🍪🍪 She outshines service staff I've seen at 5-star establishments. Her service & hospitality are simply next-level. Management - if you're reading this, promote Destiny ... she's one in a million!
