- SWSadiq WahidMay 13, 20265.0This hotel is in a nice location, and the rooms are comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. The absolute star of the show however is Destiny at the front desk. She's so good as a front-desk manager! Impeccably polite, extremely courteous, great sense of humor, and very fast at her work. I've never been checked as quickly before, and she offers cookies to all her guests 🍪🍪 She outshines service staff I've seen at 5-star establishments. Her service & hospitality are simply next-level. Management - if you're reading this, promote Destiny ... she's one in a million!

- MOMustafa OzdayiMar 24, 20261.0Their ACs are extraordinarily loud, even when they're not working. I'm not talking about a minor hum in the background. Their ACs produce a constant, intrusive noise (even when they're "off) that makes sleep nearly impossible. Despite being exhausted, I managed less than 3 hours of sleep during my stay. That is simply unacceptable for a hotel room. When I raised the issue with staff, they acknowledged they have been receiving the same complaint from multiple guests. They explained that maintenance is currently unavailable, so nothing can be done at the moment... If you are a light sleeper, a business traveler who needs rest, or simply someone who values a quiet room, look elsewhere. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Other than that, the hotel seemed fine, but seriously, what good is a hotel if you cannot sleep?
