    To whom this may concern . Amanda the front desk lady .greated me with a smile.talk with professionalism .she was very helpful to .She told me about the laundry room .and I walked out to see her going above and beyond her call of duty.I like a clean entrance. When I pull up to a hotel .when I came down she was pressure washing the entrance. That's a dedicated employee. I like shes doing all she can to make the hotel clean .I think it's great she runs the front desk with ease. People like her is why I will always be back to this holiday express in sulphur.The world is so much better with her running it like she does .holiday express needs more employees like her .

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amanda at the Holiday Inn provided truly outstanding customer service. One of our crew members was in extreme pain, and she immediately noticed the situation and went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made a difficult day much easier. On top of that, the lobby was incredibly busy, yet Amanda handled every guest with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude. She never appeared overwhelmed and treated everyone with respect and genuine care. Employees like Amanda are the reason guests return. Thank you for your exceptional service and for making such a positive difference!

    Absolutely horrific stay from first discovering dead cockroaches in my room to the issue of kids above me banging on the floor until 2am in the morning that I called the front desk about that never got resolved. Then going to down to a “breakfast” with no beverages and barely any food. Not at all the hospitality I would expect from a Holiday In. Especially with what was paid for for the nights stay

    The night auditor was so sweet and kind. After traveling all day, I just like to check in and go. She made it seamless, greeted by name, and out the lobby in less than 3 minutes. Will stay here again :)
