- BSBobby S1 day ago5.0Candlewood is ALWAYS my favorite place to stay. Im smitten. Stay here. Posh, but not pretentious. Per friendly. LGBTQ+ friendly. If you want a clean suite with tons of free amenities, stay here. If you want to overpay for a mediocre room with subpar service, stay next door. The Candlewood is a palace staffed by good friends. Do yourself a favor. Cheers!
- CXCovadonga XimenaJun 17, 20264.0The hotel was very clean, including the refrigerator, which was spotless. The property could use a little maintenance, but the price is reasonable. The staff was friendly. Free parking is available, and pets are accepted for an additional fee.
- IBIvaylo BenovJun 7, 20261.0Do NOT stay here. At 3:28pm the room wasn’t ready (check-in is supposed to be at 3:00pm). The front desk person told me that she doesn’t know when the room will be ready. The hotel is dirty with trash all over the floors of the lobby and the common areas. It is very obvious that the manager ( Samuel Rogers) is either incompetent or unmotivated to do his job. I recommend finding another hotel. UPDATE: After a few minutes another lady appeared. I am not sure if she is an assistant manager, or who she was. However, she was intelligent, polite, and provided excellent customer service. She even asked what kind of a room I would like and on what floor (I didn’t have any preference about either). She found a room for me almost immediately. The room is clean and comfortable. - TBTravis BullockMay 30, 20262.0The front desk clerk was great except if was hard to understand him with his face mask on! The room was clean but the mattresses were TIRED! This location needs to do a better job of bed audits. The hotel over all did not smell good and was a little run down.
- VPVee PereaMay 26, 20265.0The location is beautiful, the hotel smells amazing everywhere, the pool is clean, bathrooms new, fresh towels, amenities in the kitchen, 10/10 . Special shout out to the young woman working the front desk- her customer service FAR SURPASSED the other woman she was working with last night when we checked in. She is clearly good at defusing situations that involve her coworker antagonizing and having a nasty attitude towards diamond members of this branch. I hate that I don't know her name, because she was EXCEPTIONAL and absolutely GLOWING. My husband and I were SO impressed with her charisma and willingness to go the extra mile for valued customers. Even the house keeping staff are glowing and beautiful!! Will be coming back ♥️
