  Absolutely horrible experience. Upon working in three people at the front counter and not one greeting from either person. The transgender person working was very rude from the start. The rooms are old, out dated and just full of dust and rust. This place needs a major upgrade. Only person that greeted us was when we came in from our event at around 1 am. And I booked 3 rooms the prices were not the same when I checked in. Also the showers were not clean I and one of the rooms pressure was so low coming from the shower. I didn’t even use it just waited till I got home . I will never book here again

  Don’t come here if you like hot showers they DO NOT have hot water throughout the whole hotel!!!! First got there and got to our room tried to shower water wouldn’t get hot not even luke warm…. Went to the front desk and they switched our room for us…Next morning we tried to shower again…. Same issue… went back to the desk and the lady told me that was a hotel wide issue and there’s nothing they could do!

  This hotel has aged like bad vinegar, it's in desperate need of a renovation, mold and residue everywhere. I was in town for business, and after 5 day, I couldn't stand it, I checked out, only to realized Holiday Inn was still charging for the room a week later. Skip this hotel and head down the road to the Hilton.

  POORLY maintained hotel! Room had near zero water pressure. Barley enough to take shower. No sound on TV And it wasn't muted). ALL ice makers DID NOT work. Staff seemed uninterested or they know all this and simply don't care. Elevators are very slow! I needed a last minute room and they had availability on a busy weekend, I can see why.

  Let me preface this by saying Holiday Inn is one of our go-to hotel brands, and I have never written a review like this one so I say this in love. Upon arrival, I was met by a lady who just greeted me with a very dry, "yes"? No eye contact, no welcome. I said I was trying to check in. She kept her head down and said, "ID and card"? I gave it to her and she asked, "are you at the right hotel"? (There is a Holiday Inn express across the street? I showed her my reservation and she looked at the computer and said, "they had your name written backwards. No apology for the mix up or her asking if I was at the wrong hotel instead of trying to figure out how my name was entered. It was a little before check in so she said, "you'll have to take what we have available". Confused by that, I said ok. because why would that even need to be said? She gave me my key cards, never explained the amenities, or gave me anything else. Later on, Broderick gave me the complimentary snack bag I wasn't originally given and explained the amenities to me. He was very welcoming, which not how I was treated initially by the lady. Broderick was very helpful. Walking down the hall to get on the elevator, there was a mildew-like smell and throughout the hotel. I walked into my room to find the floor, shower and a pillowcase dirty. After that, my room was never cleaned and never brought new towels. Then I found a towel cut in different places. My thought was, why wouldn't they just throw that towell away. I had the same woman on checkout as I did on check in. She took my key cards and didn't say anything. I asked, can I get a receipt? She said, "it'll be emailed to you" Her response was just as dry on the last day as it was on the first day. I do not appreciate not being able to get a receipt printout to look over to see if there were any other charges. This hotel is clearly older, but it has the potential to be a premier hotel. It definitely needs some major TLC. I will not stop going to Holiday Inn because my experience has been great at other locations, but I definitely will not return to this one until it is updated. I'm going to have to give a rating of 2.5 this time.
