  Looked fine on the outside but inside is in need of repair and smells musty. We left early around 5-6am Accidentally left my pillow and didn’t realize until we were already many hour away on our way back to Ohio. We called the front desk and asked if it could be shipped back at our cost and was refused. We can’t afford to go back or risk our jobs, so are stuck with no help from the desk. I understand it was an accident but a little empathy would’ve been appreciated or any idea on how we could get it back as it is a discontinued therapy pillow used for my sleep apnea. We have had items left before at other hotels and they just charged a fee to our card and shipped it back.

  The location is ok if you’re main area is Shreveport. We have family in Bossier City so it would be better not to cross the river. There is a pool. The deep end was dirty when we got there but better a few days later. The problem was everyone comes out to the pool to smoke both cigarettes and marijuana. We didn’t love that with the kids. The rooms are clean and then bed is comfortable. Our key kept having problems. We’d have to go from the 5th floor to the front desk and even then the new keys wouldn’t work. At 10 at night we had to have maintenance let us in and change the key port on the door. It was super inconvenient but the worker was really nice. All of the staff are friendly and nice.

  Rooms were disgusting. We had 3 rooms booked. Not one was clean. 1 room toilet and shower leaked and barely worked. 1 room had a trickle of water for sink and something smeared on shower wall. Just gross

  I'm an IHG Platinum member and have been for years. This location is by far the most discouraging IHG hotel I've ever experienced. I was in room 412 on June 16, 2026 and my stay was terrible. The floor was wet from a liquid I couldn't determine, so I assume it was condensation from the a/c unit, which gave the room a horrible smell. Everywhere I stepped, it was wet. I was so uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep well whatsoever. I couldn't change out my room bc they were all booked. I was in town for work and checked under my coworker's name, Jordan Starling. I mentioned the incident to him, so he'll take matters into his own hands. However, the service was great and the parking was subpar. Overall, this location is a 3 at best. Please do something about the wet floors in rooms. Thanks!

  Employee at check in was ..dis-engaged, not rude, but definitely not pleasant. Our room. .. the a/c was loud as hell, weird layout and cramped, shower had curved glass door, leaked water all over the floor, had to put the toilet paper on the counter because the dispenser was too close and slightly behind you that the arms for it are bent and you're likely to throw your back out wrenching around, oh, and the water pressure in the sink was non existant. Slightly more than a dribble. Bed wa comfortable but room smelled like sewage in the early morning. .. it was a hole.
