  The young lady Tanya that's at the front desk was excellent. The Beds with super soft. Need to touch up the paint in the Restroom. Room#208 Thanks for the Lemonade 🍋

  Had a wonderful stay . The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and sweet. Very clean and a great complementary breakfast. Hats off to the cook. It was delicious. This was in Shreveport Louisiana.

  At 9:00 PM, cigarette smoke was entering the room through the vents. I was then transferred to a new room, but the door wouldn't close properly due to the misalignment. The bathroom has mold and the toilet was running all night. I had to close the door but I could still hear it. I didn't feel comfortable letting me or my child shower there. I contacted the customer service line for the hotel chain, but they were unable to assist me. Considering their prices, I would recommend considering alternatives. Update: At 8:00 am, they had no coffee and no hot food. We had water and yogurt for their "Continental Breakfast". I'll never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

  Saturday evening we arrived, to see about getting a room, which we did....I have a membership with holiday in and didn't understand how the points to cash worked, I've typically only used it during business trips, we were going to make reservations on the app but decided to go in for a clearer understanding, I spoke to the front desk attendant, and was in questions on how the points worked and the app and what to do, and she was of zero help at all, the price on my app and the price inside were completely different and I was just trying to ask and she was very rude and prompt to just get us checked in and out of her presence, I proceeded to ask her again and she was abruptly even more rude and just told us the price and sent us on our way, I enjoy coming and staying your hotels, but, to have an attitude about asking about my membership that I use for travel and business trips, is definitely unacceptable and a teach and train should be in place of her knowledge to helping guest like myself understand how to use the app for situations like this. She not helpful, she was indefinitely rude. Will not stay at this location again, and sue to not receiving points for this location and stay as well, is very disappointing.

  I booked a hotel for my driver for a pre trip so he could help out another market. I am a dispatcher that works for a travel agency. My driver stated to me he was having problems checking in when he got there. I booked his room under hotel engine, as I have done many times for him and other drivers. he was told that the hotel didn't receive payment for the taxes on the room and asked him for his credit card for incidentals and taxes. even though in hotel engine it showed my company paid for the room AND taxes. the clerk made a comment and mumbled that "they don't make money when people book through 3rd parties". that statement leads me to believe they were trying to make money off of my driver. my driver also stated it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water for his shower. I will not be booking here again. the location was good for where he needed to go but after driving 7/8 hours to get there he shouldn't have had to deal with that.
