Rooms needs to be renovated, in our room which was 202the washroom door was not closing. Counter staff at front desk was also a bit confused and didn't wanted to check data from the system The breakfast was good and the lady incharge was very nice and cooperative

First and foremost, the rooms are outrageously priced for their condition. They’re taking advantage of the upcoming development in the area. The pancake machine is broken, there’s mold in the bathroom, and the TV in the room looks like it’s 15 years old. They need to make some major changes to justify the premium price. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the typical coffee machine that all IHG hotels have. My room for one night cost $278.96, which is quite steep considering I’m a gold member and have stayed in many IHG hotels.
