Good rooms, currently renovating top floor so one side is blocked off but the rooms are nice and clean. Mr. Ray at check in is the sweetest!

Having traveled constantly for soccer over the past 5 years, I can easily say this was one of the absolute best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the second we walked in, Sharon at the front desk made us feel less like guests checking in and more like family coming home. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire trip, but every single staff member we encountered was just as helpful, kind, and attentive. What stood out the most was how seamlessly they accommodated multiple soccer families at once. Managing youth sports groups can easily turn chaotic, but the team handled our group with complete ease, efficiency, and incredible patience. Despite having so many families in-house, the hotel was surprisingly super quiet. The beds were amazingly comfortable—delivering the kind of restful sleep you desperately need after a long day at the fields. To top it off, breakfast was ready right on time each morning with a fantastic variety of options, and there was always more than enough food to go around to feed hungry players and parents. The spotless rooms, top-tier hospitality, and stress-free environment made this stay an absolute win. We will 100% be booking here again the next time tournament play brings us back to the area! Not to mention - the coffee was good! I find at hotels the coffee is sometimes.... questionable, like they use hotdog water to brew the coffee, but it was gooooood! Another very important factor to soccer mom-ing.

McKayla, a GM at this property, has gone above and beyond in assisting me with an error I made booking at an incorrect property. It was the end of her shift and she stayed to help me, which she was under no obligation to do so. Thank you so much for your time and patience!
