    It was a very pleasant greeting and customer service was top tier Broderick was one of the best front clerks I've ever had experienced 😀 👏 👍 👌

    I'll start with the positives. The lobby area is nice & the have complimentary popcorn. The check-in process was fast & Princess had great customer service. Now for the negatives. The other parts of the property need more renovating, the carpet is old & disgusting. Our door to our room looked like someone was trying to pry it open. The bathrooms look AWFUL. It really looks old & gross. I felt filthy in the rooms. I could see someone's hand prints all over the headboard, so I already know that room was not cleaned properly. I will never stay here again. I also didn't like the area. It looks rundown.

    Angela was delightful to check in with; she had lots of information and help. The room is comfortable and clean...until you enter the bathroom. It's like they forgot that people use it. The shower was on pieces with the ceiling having...ok, it wasn't mold, but it was gross. The shower had mold in it. And the sink took FOR-EVER to drain. Seriously, if you overlook the bathroom, the room is nice. The breakfast was as expected. I was right next to the pool and apparently, there is no curfew for patron's. People was yelling, playing music, and making noise past 11pm. I'm not the type to complain about people having fun, but this was past being polite and having fun.

    The rooms in this hotel are disgusting. The mattresses have BED BUGS! And Urine stains. They clearly don’t vacuum the floors either. Dust filled AC units, water leaks in the restroom. Gross!
