- KGKristan GreenAug 24, 20261.0I wouldn’t know how the accommodations are because when I booked a room through Booking.com and got to the hotel I was told they had no rooms available. I had to leave and find other accommodations. After contacting Booking.com for a refund, they contacted this hotel to find out the details. Two attempts and the management will not communicate with Booking.com. I paid for two rooms that were not even available and cannot receive a refund because the management refuses to respond to an email. I would not recommend booking a room with this establishment online. Terrible customer service.

And there was stains on the carpets, sheets had stains, dust everywhere on bed and walls, the tv didnt even work i had to walk downstairs tell them tv and phone wasnt working and all he said was he would have someone come in morning but we gonna be gone in morning so we told him to get someone now! The maintenance guy come in about 5xs from 7pm-11pm he was in our room tryna help get our tv working and it didnt. We tried new cables and boxes it was the companies stuff that wasnt working and i had 2 kids so i was not finna get another room even tho it wasnt offered. The maintenance guy was awesome but the rest was just ridiculous. Food was great service and area was horrible not a safe area.

I really appreciate that the air conditioner unit works well and it’s easy to use. The staff is friendly. And if they even let me check in a little bit early when I arrived sooner than expected. The location is also very convenient.
