    The hotel itself is old, it’s smelly and not so clean. My room was 210, it smelled moldy. The carpet was dirty as well. I chose the most expensive hotel in the area thinking I was getting a good hotel for me and my kids. It was suitable but I wouldn’t want to stay again. Service was great, breakfast was 4/10, not really good. Dining room isn’t nice either. It’s just a really old hotel. It used to be nice. & they only have 1 washer & dryer.. I just expected better for $150/ night in little bitty Oakdale. Around 10am the fire alarm started going off & kept going off. I called the office to see what was going on, they were running a drill. No one notified me or anything. The first time it went off me and my kids jumped up ready to run out the door. Then it went off.. also I found a pair of shorts under the chair in our room. Which means the room wasn’t properly clean.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. While the building is older and could benefit from some renovations, the staff made our experience wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and I felt comfortable and safe during our visit. It’s a family-friendly hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay. Thank you for the excellent service! 😊

    Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, inexpensive, free breakfast. The only minor negative was that my bathroom vent fan and bathroom door handle were in disrepair. Not a big deal.
