The Warbler is a great new addition to the Lower Garden District, with a wonderful mix of old-world New Orleans charm and modern amenities. I stayed for a night in October and found the room very comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
The location is especially appealing, you’re well positioned to get downtown or to the French Quarter, while still enjoying the quieter, more sophisticated feel of the Garden District. It’s a great option for anyone who wants easy access to the city without necessarily staying in the middle of the Quarter.
Mildred’s, the hotel’s restaurant, was exceptional, and the property as a whole has a relaxed, stylish atmosphere that really fits the neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend the Warbler to anyone looking for a distinctive and comfortable place to stay in New Orleans.

The Warbler is a luxurious and charming hotel filled with an abundance of New Orleans culture. The restaurant, Mildred's, is delicious and delightful, as is the rooftop pool and bar. We can't wait to come back again!
The Warbler is a beautiful gem that hits all the right notes! Thoughtfully curated design, warm and attentive service, and a culinary experience that truly steals the show. The food is exceptional, the craft cocktails are worth lingering over, and the atmosphere is so lovely. An absolute must. Stay for a while, see the sunset from the roof, enjoy the little hidden nods in the art. This place is something special!

Absolutely stunning property inside and out. Service is top notch and Mildred's, the hotel restaurant and bar, is outstanding. No detail was spared in this hotel and service is of the highest standards.
This new boutique hotel is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Don’t miss a meal at Mildred’s downstairs. The pool area upstairs has a great view of Saint Charles and the Mississippi River bridge. Drinks upstairs were delicious. I had a Hugo Spritz that was so refreshing.
