Bed was really comfortable. The food at the 2 restaurants were decent. Drinks TOPTIER. DON'T TOUCH THE MINI BAR then be surprised. IJS. I knew I was going to max out my incidental thing cuz I love snacks.
- SJSally JinJun 29, 20261.0This has to be the WORST hotel experiences ever. The “instant service” literally NEVER picks up, “front desk” LITERALLY NEVER OCCUPIED but cannot be bothered…. Called for toothpaste twice, only to be told after waiting an hour we were told they were out of toothpaste…. Called a separate time for towels, and lord knows I had to call 4 times before anyone picked up. That’s calling from the phone in your room. Called to hotel to try and retrieve and item we left behind. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THEY JUST DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES. I wish I could give this place no stars.

There is no microwave in room to hesat up food but you can order room service. There is no fridge to store your own drinks but there is a stocked fridge with $9 water and other things you can buy.
