Good clean hotel, from what I searched all hotels in new Orleans share parking garages which they have valet parking out of their perimeter for $50 a day plus 10.5% tax and tips besides the hotel cost.

I stayed for an event my business was having in the area. I stayed for 3 days and the time I had was a blast! Rooms were cozy, it was right in the middle of new orleans with walking distance of anything you needed. I was really impressed with the service particularly the bartender there. I think his name was Miguel he made the experience a 10/10. Such a great conversationlist, humorous, and a great guy that made perfect drinks! If I go back I need him to be my bartender, I wouldn't even have to leave the hotel for a drink!

While the hotel it self was cute, and the location was awesome that is where the praises stop.
1. WE HAD NO HOT WATER for our 3 day stay. The hotel staff was informed and we were told their “engineer” would fix.. never did.
2. Rooms are VERY small.. no microwave or closet.
While not the worst place I’ve ever stayed I wouldn’t stay again.

The location is ideal, it's only a block and a half from Canal Street ( if you go down Common). The rooms were small, but comfortable. However, I did have to do a switch, because I saw a group of ants on the floor on my second night. However, I did appreciate the prompt response from the Night Auditor when I called to tell him about the problem.
The second room was fine, but I was a little disappointed that the TV only had half the channels the first room had. Most of the staff was okay, but I found the lady working the afternoon/evening shift was not very friendly. She barely acknowledged me every time I approached the front desk. I spoke to her Monday-Thursday night of my stay, because she was often the one who would take my car keys for valet.
Also, speaking of valet, keep in mind that you need to leave a little extra time for them to get the car when you are leaving; I would say about 15-25 minutes.

I stayed at this hotel back in April, and it was a really great hotel! It was conveniently located just outside the French quarter, making it a 5 minute walk into the French quarter. The bar tender (i am blanking on his name) was very kind and a very interesting guy to talk to, he had visited all 50 states twice which was very impressive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and had unique designs throughout the rooms, and the hotel itself. This is a great option for New Orleans, and I recommend staying at this hotel.
