Fantastic location with one important caveat. Hotel Indigo made our recent stay in the French Quarter incredibly comfortable, safe, and memorable. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Canal and Bourbon Street, and right next to a St. Charles line streetcar stop, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of New Orleans. The hotel bar and restaurant also featured a friendly staff and plenty of delicious options. The only downside is the room soundproofing; you can unfortunately hear quite a bit from the neighboring rooms. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, but if you’re a light sleeper, you'll definitely want to come prepared or keep this in mind when booking.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo for a quick getaway and it was fantastic. Close to the French Quarter and not too far away from the Garden District and perfect for peace and quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10

Hotel Indigo is a total vibe! I loved the colorful, jazz-inspired decor—it really makes you feel like you're in the heart of New Orleans. The room was stylish, spotless, and featured beautiful hardwood-style floors which I much prefer over carpet. It has that intimate boutique feel but with the reliability of a great IHG property. 5 stars for the personality and the comfort!"

Convenient location to the French Quarter. The rooms were a little small but very clean. Customer service was amazing. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Update: It has now been 10 days since check-out on the 15th, and despite the hotel's public reply to this review, there has been NO resolution. Management is unreachable, and corporate support continues to give me the run around with "case numbers" while my bank confirms the hotel has still not released the authorization hold.
It is incredibly disappointing that a stay we otherwise enjoyed has been soured by this
We enjoyed our time at Hotel Indigo. Indigo. My mother’s corner room was spacious and comfortable, though my room was on the smaller side despite being exactly same room type . Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the management regarding our security deposit. It wasn't returned in the timeframe promised. I have contacted them and am currently waiting for a "case" to be resolved. We loved the stay, but the administrative side needs improvement.
