  Room was spacious (3 ppl) two queen beds, clean bathroom. Group of 13, had ample space to gather and enjoy games without cost. Pool area nice..Security pleasant, and customer service was well extended at the Front desk. Great stay! Less than 10 minute walk to Superdome. Rae - Seeyourwayout Travel Agency, Phoenix, AZ.

  We drove all the way from Cincinnati, and this was our first time visiting New Orleans. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone because the service was really good, the staff was great, and the location is near almost every famous place in New Orleans. The room was clean, and the security for guests was excellent. Parking was a little expensive, but it felt very safe compared to other parking lots, so it was worth it. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit New Orleans in the future.

  Location was close enough and far enough from Canal St and the French Quarter. Rooms are a decent size. Staff is great. Our AC went out the last night we were there and maintenance had a whole new unit swapped out within 30 minutes. Great job. If I had any complaints, I wish there was an evening restraunt service. They do breakfast and have a bar. But no good. There is a little cafe for coffee and such. But for the amount of people that just want to be downstairs to chill and not be separated in individual rooms, there is not a lot of lobby space. (We were using the hotel for a reunion) But outside of those things... Great place and I would stay again. But maybe not for my reunion. The ballroom is fine, just don't gather in the lobby...

  GREAT HOTEL Alittle confusion on check in. Needed a Wheelchair accessible room and shower. Had to get 3 different rooms before they got it right. But after that it's been amazing. Indoor parking. Super convenient and decently closed to the french quarter only issue I have is all the parks are closed due to overpopulated homeless, so no place to stroll. Take the dog for walks or chill in the park because they're all closed, fenced off to the public to keep out the homeless, that was my only issue. Everything else has been great.

  First off, the staff here are deceptive and disgraceful. Especially penny and the other white or Hispanic lady at the front desk with her. I drove 9 hours to New Orleans, after booking with booking.com. The website failed to list that there was an extra $45 parking fee, as well as penny. She saw me pull in in front of the hotel, and she processed the payment for the hotel when she swiped my card. AFTER she swiped my card, penny decided to then bring up an additional $45 parking fee, knowing what she was doing. She also added that she doesn’t do refunds, but thought it was a bright idea to trap me into spending more money, which is disgusting behavior coming from an adult. Even after she saw me coming out of my PERSONAL VEHICLE. I then contacted booking.com to resolve the issue which they failed to do after calling penny, because she was set on “no refunds” knowing the stunt she just pulled. I went to my car and she was in there laughing and talking about it to the other staff member at the front desk. A part of delivering good service to any customer is having good communication skills which Penny clearly does not have, so she shouldn’t be able to work in a job requiring handling payments, and clearly communicating fees to customers especially if she’s striving to scheme and be deceptive to the people that pay HER salary. I did not stay there, but it’s alright since all the reviews are stating how they’ve been getting bitten up by bedbugs in all the rooms, with zero compensation, even after being scammed by the same front desk staff members. The staff members here are deceptive pretending to be innocent, and WILL be reported to the better business bureau.
