  During spring break in 1993, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in New Orleans' French Quarter, expecting a fun and memorable vacation in one of America's most historic and vibrant destinations. While we enjoyed the unique culture, music, food, and atmosphere of the city, our stay also exposed us to a different side of the French Quarter. We witnessed incidents and heard stories that made us much more aware of the crime problems affecting the area at the time. The experience left a lasting impression on us and opened our eyes to the realities that existed beyond the tourist attractions.

  Hotel was in a good location. Enjoyed the Balcony and the decor. Beds were comfy. A/C worked well. Overall positive. Negatives… don’t buy the breakfast package. Its cost exceeds the amount you receive credit for. Also, they said we would get concierge points but no details were given on how to use those? Overall, I’d stay here again and forgo the packages they sell as they are not worth the money.

  Absolutely loved our stay at the Holiday Inn French Quarter. We had a king double room with corner balconies. The room was beautiful I can't actually believe I didn't take a photo !! Nice big comfy bed, bright and airy. With an en suite bathroom. We stayed for a long weekend. Considering how close we were to Bourbon Street we slept really well. The restaurant was great, the food portions are amazing. And the bar lady served the BEST MOJETIO I have ever tasted! All the staff were fantastic from reception to waiting staff. The swimming pool was a nice size in a private patio area. The hotel smells amazing from the moment you walk through the door. All in all we had the best time and can not wait to come back and revisit.

  My stay at the Holiday Inn French Quarter-Chateau LeMoyne by IHG was fantastic! The location is hard to beat—just a short walk from Bourbon Street while still being quiet enough to get a great night's sleep. The historic charm of the hotel, beautiful courtyard, and relaxing pool gave it a unique New Orleans atmosphere that made our trip even more memorable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're visiting for the food, music, or nightlife, this hotel is an excellent home base for exploring the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and conveniently located hotel in New Orleans.

  DO NOT BOOK HERE. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Breakfast every morning for 3 days was $262. That would mean breakfast for 2 every morning is $87. Considering the breakfast options are terrible, not worth it. Plus they have a $25 amenities tax every night added on for each night you stay. What amenities? The bottled shampoo that you cant even take home? Oh also the rooms dont have microwaves in each room, you have to go to the second floor for it. The rooms are so tiny and uncomfortable. Plus its a street over from all the bars so you hear everything every night. Vending machine is over priced. Oh valet? Also overpriced. The bathroom is by far the worst part. Why is the door glass? Im here with my family i dont need them seeing anything. Yes it's slightly fogged so you cant see details but it's still uncomfortable and weird. The only good part about this experience is the staff. The valet people, front desk people, restaurant people are wonderful. So sweet and helpful. They better be making bank with how much the hotel charges.
