- GGGabby GlassJun 15, 20261.0My family stayed one night at this location prior to leaving for our cruise. We also paid to park two vehicles each for a week for $60. When we got off the cruise we noticed an additional $70 charge and did not receive our deposit back. The hotel claims we stole the shampoo, conditioner and body wash even after agreeing that their products are locked down but claiming we somehow found a key. Only one member of our family even showered and she only uses salon brand shampoo and conditioner. Our family uses Kenra, Quai and other name brand shampoos. We have no interest in nor did we use their products and certainly did not take them. My mother in law called in multiple times attempting to speak with staff and supervisors but they refuse to remove the charge. $170 for products we did not use or take. UNACCEPTABLE thieves. We have never and will never steal ANYTHING.

The lobby is clean and secure as well as fresh. Breakfast was the best that I have ever had at a hotel. This was a five star hotel and the price with a discount was still a little high, but it made a difference. If I had taken more time off Work, we would have stayed another day just because the hotel was just that good. I give it 100 percent excellence.

I was really in a bad situation, they showed care and concern and tried to help. The maintenance man was friendly. The room was clean and smelled nice. I highly recommend this place.
