  The hotel need to seriously be updated. The room door opens on its own. We returned to our room door opened. It’s a faulty door and we are so thankful our belongings weren’t missing. The room smelled like mold and it took 8 min for hot water in the shower. We didn’t even sleep overnight. We’re immediately left.

  Be aware beds in the double room are Full size and NOT Queen mattress . Pool is extremely small and had cloudy wather and the bathroom sink is out next to the beds, additionally the bathroom has a sliding door. Rooms are extremely small unless you pick up an executive version. Hotel is very clean and service is great! Walking distance to hard-rock and RTA stops

  Die Fotos sind deutlich schöner, als die Realität, das Hotel sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen, ein Update wäre angezeigt. Das zugewiesene Zimmer im Nichtraucherhotel stank bestialisch nach abgestandenem Rauch u.a., es war nicht auszuhalten. Anstatt einem "Sorry" bekamen wir als Ersatz ein kleineres Zimmer mit nun nur noch einem, anstatt der zwei Betten. Der angepriesene Pool war auch tagsüber geschlossen, die willkommene Abkühlung nicht möglich. Das Icewater war entweder leer oder wenn doch einmal gefüllt, keine Becher vorhanden. Parken kostet 35 USD plus Tax, zum günstigeren öffentlichen Parken ggü. bekamen wir eine fehlerhafte Auskunft. Die Zimmertüren lassen sich nur mit Gewalt schließen, weshalb man regelmößig durch spät heimkehrende oder früh durchstartende Gäste mit einem lauten Rumms aus dem Schlaf gerissen wrid. Lautstark auch die Klimaanlage, welche jedoch offenbar die besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich hat und anstatt deutlicher Kühlung nur noch ein laues Lüftchen bietet. Die Lage des Hotels ist fußläufig zum French Quarter, was uns letztlich zur Buchung verleitete. Erneut würden wir dies jedoch nicht mehr machen.

  Great location, easy walking to French Quarter (even in the heat). Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially John who checked us in). I did leave an England football shirt in my room and having not worn it that weekend and it being brand new I was hoping it would have been located as it was 100% in the room and I contacted customer service from the airport after leaving the hotel. Disappointed to not have my property returned but then again I did leave it so all good. I just hope that whoever claimed my shirt will support England for the remainder of the world cup.

  We have visited this location multiple times for a number of years, but it is in desperate need of a refresh. Many systemic problems from a broken elevator with the other moving slowly, most ice machines were broken, Air conditioning was out on the 6th floor hallway, large rodent burrows in the landscaping, sinking/hazardous patio pavers, Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time, carpets are worn, door to the room was out of alignment and would barely open, toilet wobbled, toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread, etc. John at the front desk was a saint but there's only so much you can do with Band-Aids for bullet holes.
