There’s a black lab that’s been sitting outside in the cage of a truck outside valet. Dog has been there since 2 PM and it’s currently 7 PM. Multiple hotel guest have made a complaint to the front desk and the front desk says they want to respect their guest privacy. It’s absolutely ridiculous for the four seasons to allow that to happen to an animal right outside the hotel and their valet. We will not be staying here again for a few reasons with this being the main one.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly cared for. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and elegant, and the views of the Mississippi River are amazing. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. The location was perfect for enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return. A truly outstanding 5-star experience!

Phenomenal hotel. From the second we walked in, we were honored guests. My husband and I were being married that weekend. They gave us all kinds of special treatment of petite desserts and champagne. Dinner at Chemin à la mer was so fantastic and they celebrated with us, as well, with a celebration champagne and when we got back to our room, we had another dessert with our wedding cake waiting. Miss River brunch was superb as well. They absolutely paid attention to detail, from calling me by my last name before and to my married name afterwards. For the amount of money we paid, it was well worth the price to be indulged like royalty for a few days.

Starting from the front drive greeted with welcoming smiles. Same with the front desk. Room we had was the one bedroom king size bed on the 18th floor with a view of the river. Very clean and stunning view.
Now to the food we ate at both restaurants and boy food was amazing at booth!
Pool area very clean and the staff very attentive to your needs aka drinks and food!
I did a few days in the gym again very clean and very good equipment.
I did not use the spa my wife did and loved the message and the rest of the amenities.
Valet well attentive and greets with a welcoming smile.
