I had an outstanding experience at the Four Seasons New Orleans, thanks in large part to Alfredo and Jermaine, who work outside as part of the valet team. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel special. Their excellent customer service and warm personalities made a great first impression and truly reflected the high level of hospitality you expect from the Four Seasons.
Alfredo and Jermaine are definitely an asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend recognizing them for their exceptional service. Five stars all the way!

Perfect for a Birthday Celebration!
I chose Chemin à la Mer at the Four Seasons for my birthday dinner, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel truly special on my big day. I also want to highlight the impeccable service at the Chandelier Bar – it was a fantastic start to a glamorous night. The elegant atmosphere makes it the ideal setting for a festive evening. I absolutely recommend this restaurant and the hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion in New Orleans. A well-deserved five stars!

Don’t come here they took out the beignets out of the menu😭😭😭😭😭 I flew all over to New Orleans for those beignets only to find out that they just changed the menu and even mentioning I was just coming for them I was told no.
I left really disappointed knowing the best beignets in the whole city are gone.
