  I would have given this hotel zero stars if that were an option. The biggest issue was that there was no running water in our room the next morning. The sink, toilet, and shower all had no water. When I went to the front desk to report the problem, the employee, Avis, dismissed my concerns and insisted I was "turning the water on wrong." I explained that I had used the water the day before without any issues and knew how to operate the faucets, but she continued to insist I was the only guest having this problem. She said she would send maintenance, but nearly an hour passed and no one showed up. I called to the front desk, and said we still do not have  no running water. Instead of offering a solution, an apology, or another room, she simply said, "I don't know what to tell you. I'll let my manager know." Because of this, we were late for important appointments and media meetups. We couldn't shower, brush our teeth, or even use the restroom properly. The complete lack of urgency and concern from the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. To make matters worse, Avis was also rude during checkout the following day. Good customer service means taking guests' concerns seriously and trying to resolve problems, but that did not happen here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

  Take your money elsewhere! Cramped rooms with views of construction and trash. They allowed a huge Rottweiler to bark constantly through the night. Front desk women are burly and RUDE and should not be working in hospitality! You’d think they were Burger King employees instead of Best Western- that was the level of customer service that my partner and I received. Want parking? You will pay almost $100 unless you would like to drive around in circles and hope for one.

  Awful experience. $75 parking 2 blocks from hotel. They don’t help with luggage. Front desk is very rude and distasteful. House cleaning was the most pleasant experience here. Hotel is run down. Do not recommend

  Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and room service does an amazing job. The AC is a bit loud and the breakfast options are a bit limited. Breakfast is included though and they do offer pretty decent scrambled egg.

  Basic room horrible service. The only thing good about it was the bed I guess parking is horrible. Sent me to one lot then I had to go to a whole Nother lot that was three blocks down that I could’ve paid for that was cheaper than they charged me, I do not recommend paying for the parking at this hotel find a spot somewhere else. They’re extremely rude about it too. When I asked the manager, he just loudly yelled no. Very unprofessional strongly recommend finding another hotel. Same price range as most of the ones nearby. If you do expect to walk and not have good service
