- LLLMay 27, 20262.0Why don't you clean the filthy ice machines? Everytime we got ice, there was dirt or pieces of mildew, who knows what it was, but it shouldn't be in the ice. Why does the hall smell like a sewer? I saw someone complain about the smell months ago and a manager replied to the comment saying they would address it. I have now witnessed this horrid smell 1st hand and clearly nobody is doing anything about it. I almost threw up. This hotel is remodeled. However, it seems they only did enough to trick you in, like the outside and 1st floor lobby area. When you actually go up to the floors with rooms, it's like stepping into a smelly crusty motel.

The artist I was working for on this trip is from out of the country and wanted to visit NOLA - it is a struggle to take a 13 foot tall 60 foot long vehicle down into the French quarter so this location is perfect! It is close enough to the quarter that getting a taxi/rideshare into the city is an easy quick trip while knowing the bus is in a safe location! I will continue to recommend this hotel to my clients when they want to do touristy things in Nola!
- JJJasmine JApr 23, 20264.0I came to stay here for FQF. Hotel is in a good and safe location. A lot of hotels in the area and eateries making it feel real safe. A lot of free parking, and we never had issues with parking the car. The hotel has a restaurant and large bar onsite. Was about a 12 minute drive to bourbon street. The room we had the coffee maker didn’t work, and whenever I called downstairs to ask questions no one answered the phone. The bathrooms are also super tiny, I always love holiday inns because of the comfortable beds and bathroom towels. Also when we exchanged our towels there were no face towels to give us. I will stay again anytime I visit new orleans.

Worth thr extra few bucks for 2 adults. Parking was easy and right around the building. Would definitely come back here again.
