  The hotel is very dirty. The bathroom has mold, and the carpet is dirty. There is also a bad smell throughout the hotel. The pool is very dirty and cannot be used. We are very disappointed with the condition of the hotel.

  I highly recommend to DO NOT STAY HERE . To everyone who currently working in the Plant field I wouldn’t stay here . My room was broken into and my money/laptop came up missing . The owner and staff says no one was in the room . Other guest says they seen staff coming out of my room . I proceeded to check out and they say that my deposit was missing ( Same employee who went into my room is the same employee who stole the deposit , They have her on camera ) .. Instead of the owner making things right he proceed to Come with false claim that no one went into the room .. The same employee who Stole the deposits out of the register which they have her on camera is now Fired . I have the whole conversation recorded

  I will later by saying first impressions are everything and I can't believe the first night I payed 104$ okay I expected this because it was late when I arrived, but here's where all the problems started coming in first they gave me the wrong key and I had already left to the casino and had to turn around bring it back a d get the correct one . Second off these floors are filthy . The manager ln moving shift is rude and walks around nagging yhe workers and watching them but never at the front desk to help customers and she left us standing around at most I know 10-15 mins i seen customers looking for her and the staff called for her on walky talky. Instead of calling and saying check out or knocking I been here 3 days and everyday they try to walk right in when I was over sleeping . And I wasn't even dressed laying in bed. If I payed 2days clearly I will pay for A third one , but now im uncomfortable and im from out of town worst experience of my life traveling.

  I rented a room for the night with my wife for a date night in LC. When we arrived, the check-in process was okay. It was a guy working the front desk, night shift I presumed, it was around 8:30 P.M. I think he needs more Customer service training, or either he is very new He spoke really low and I couldn't quite hear everything that he was saying, when it was time to pay he put the key pad up on the counter and kinda stared and didn't really say anything, he didn't do the normal hotel receptionist thing where they give you information about the hotel, the rooms, ask you if you have any questions ,etc. Other than that the room was solid, clean and the bed was okay wasn't a very noisy hotel was nice and quiet. It could use some updates though had an old carpet smell throughout the main lobby and hallway areas surprisingly the room didn't have this smell or it just wasn't as strong in there. I wouldn't not recommend someone staying here but you can get better for the same price or slightly higher honestly but it wasn't terrible.
