    I don’t usually leave reviews but I’d like to rant. (Should’ve noticed the red flags!!) •When my husband and I got there, the receptionist was dealing with a customer, it was her second day and they left her there by herself! She didn’t know what to do! That’s okay though because I understand that so I wasn’t mad with the wait. Once it was our turn she asked for my ID, cool, we had already paid for the room a week prior, she says” you’d have to pay (total of the room) plus the deposit fee! I said we already paid, pulled up the receipt on my phone, and showed the booking number and all. If I hadn’t had anything I would’ve had to pay again. I say this because the customer before us, happened to him as well. Someone should have been there to help her out because she was literally panicking! 2. When we got to our room guess what……. The door doesn’t close! The cleaning lady was like “ yeah you have to SLAM THE DOOR” what????? It was only our door as well🤦🏾‍♀️ 3. The cabinet door to get to the fridge was broken, literally hanging by the top part!!! I said “oh no, it’s too much going on” 4. My husband went to the bathroom, flushed the toilet, and water was coming from the bottom so I had to put a towel around the base of the toilet…… ITS TOO MUCH GOING ONNNNN!😭🤦🏾‍♀️ Then the flooded wouldn’t flush after that, got the plunger it didn’t work!! It literally wasn’t flushing at all! 4. Went to take a shower, turn the shower head on and the water was coming normally while more was coming from the part that screws on🤦🏾‍♀️ The room phone also didn’t work….. Besides all of this we made the best of it. It’s just crazy because we usually go there and this hasn’t happened until now😞

    I arrived at the hotel and received my room key to room 210. My first bad experience is when I entered the elevator and pressed 2 for the second floor the button fell into the wall. I had to reach into the hole with my fingers and tr u to press the button. I entered the room the room was decent but had an odor. I noticed the room door did not not automatically close behind me. I exited the room and closed the door. I tried to open the door this time without using the key card to unlock it and to my surprise the door opened. I tried slamming the door shut and it opened again without the key card. Another family member who also booked a room stated the receptionist also initially tried to put them in a room and the door was no locked. Anyone could enter without using a keycard. I did not feel safe staying at this hotel with my kids and canceled my reservation and left. I contacted booking.com to inform of the cancelation. They have reached out to this hotel and I have also for my refund. No manager is ever available when I call or no one answers the phone. Horrible experience I do not recommend staying here.

    This honestly might be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was nice but that’s the only positive thing. First of all the entire hotel smells like a mixture of sewage and mold. The WiFi did not even work at all, even asking the staff to reset it did nothing to help. No extra bedding for beds. Elevator and lights were barely functional. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

    Stopped in for a night while traveling. Clean room, comfy bed and a hot shower. We had a 1 king suite and it was quite nicer than what I expected for the money. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was standard as far as election goes, but I must say the eggs and sausage were among the better I’ve ever had at any hotel. Highly recommended.
