    My air was broken had to wait for a portable air to be bought up next day. Ice maker didn't work. Front desk ladies were very nice.

    Beautiful Clean Hotel 10 minutes to the Lafayette LA Airport. Hotel staff friendly and polite. Grounds outside well kept. Swimming pool was clean and public bathrooms clean. Housekeeping does a great job. We had a two bedroom suite two queen and one king. Beautiful with two bathrooms. Quiet location. Safe. Will stay again. Nice breakfast in the morning.     My husband booked a hotel at this location, checked out and was then charged an extra night despite checking out at 545 AM. I emailed the hotel on the 24th, and now 4 days later, still have not heard back. Seems to be a common occurrence at this location and the only way to actually get their attention is like this. What a shame.

    Overall a decent hotel but I had roaches in both my kitchen and bedroom. I was too tired at check in to mention it but stopped the next morning at the desk. The person working said she would add points to my account. Nothing was ever added. I mentioned the issue on my survey at check out. No resolution there either. I thought it strange that the front desk didn’t even offer to move me which makes me think this isn’t an isolated issue.
